one of the guys working there did my pedicure, did not seemed to know what he was doing. He cut very deep into the corners of the toenails , leaving me with very sore toes, ( hope it will not get infected), did not follow the usual procedure they alway are when you have the pedicure done. Put cream on my legs to give me a massage after he put nail polish on ?!!Also, the cleanness of the nail clippers was questionable , seeing them how were handling all sharps and the rest, dont think they know anything about infection control. Not sure if this industry has any standards for protecting customers. Worst experience ever, they lost me and my girls as customers.

Sorry to do this as I have been coming on and off for a while but I’m tired of this salon overbooking clients. I made an appointment and both manicurists were in the midst of other clients meaning my appointment started 30 minutes late. I was asked to choose my colour and before I was even started on a random person walking in was told it would be only 15 minutes, yet I wasn’t even started on. Why accept others when you haven’t even started on booked clients? I’m tired of being rushed and getting a terrible job done. The woman was rushing so much she ended up filling my skin instead of my nails. When I told her she didn’t listen and seemed agitated as I flinched. STOP overbooking clients as its not worth losing a customers.

T and Koko are wonderful and experienced. Also very considerate and kind whilst I was experiencing traumatic events.SNS is on point. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The guy who did my nails did it nicely but tear my skin off from 2 fingers, did not even bother to apologise once. My fingers kept bleeding throughout the process.When i went to pay, the guy who took the payment said sorry for the bleeding.My mum got her nails done, too. Her nails came out perfect, but she got her one finger skin off too.Liked the nails, i would go back but can't risk the skin off again as it hurts a lot afterwards n takes too long to heal.

I was coming here for 2-3 years and they do a pretty good job for a decent price. The last two times I've come though, they tried to be dodgy and scam me with prices. Even though I'd call to confirm price before hand every time. (From my experience, nail salons have made up prices however they feel, hence why I always call before hand). I did not appreciate this as I've been a loyal customer for 2-3 years, hence the 3 stars. I will not be returning. So beware with the pricing. I've now found a new salon that do faster acrylic nails and better pricing.

Awesome place. Just went to another nail shop who mucked up nails. Walked into this place and they were sooo nice. Fixed them quick and easy and free of charge. They genuinely care about their customers as I am not even a local. Highly highly recommend this place.

Definitely, one of the cutest spas and nails I've ever done. Rare to see a place with such cleanliness and attention to detail; everything is cute and elegant, and the staff is enthusiastic and professional.

I went for manicure and the service was terrible. The lady who did the manicure didn’t do a proper job. She was in a hurry to go to the next client she didn’t even apply the nail colour properly.
