Supercheap Auto Fairy Meadow

Can I just say a massive thank you to the staff at Supercheap Auto at Figtree. My work vehicle, headlight globe broke, and I could not get it into any dealership to fix ASAP and I had to drive home that evening. They were attentive and supportive and swapped it over for me, I offered to pay the assistants hourly rate to assist install, as I know nothing about new vehicles, and obviously headlights. 100% satisfaction with their customer service and support. Service like that is hard to come by, and I sincerely appreciate your help not hitting a roo on the way back to ACT.

I had the most amazing experience with Chantelle at Supercheap Fairy Meadow. She knew exactly what she was talking about and somehow made changing a car battery an enjoyable experience. Thank you so much and I really appreciate how lovely and kind you were.

I was greeted by Pete as I walked into the store. He was friendly straight up. He asked me if I minded waiting till he had finished serving the current customer so he could then assist me finding to correct replacement blades for my wipers. After checking both my car and the computer he grabbed the ones the computer suggested. After spending close to 15 mins and trying several options, they wouldn't lock into place. He took the time to explain why it is dangerous to not have them lock in, and then went through my options of what full arms I could purchase. He then fitted them for me! The whole time with a smile and the patience of a saint! And then he thanked me for being a great customer! You need to clone Pete and have one of him in every store! 100% some of the best customer service I have ever received!!

, It's a good store. It was clean and organised. I had a few questions and they were very helpful even when I walked past what I was looking for!I even had to run back in after buying what I needed to get something else and needed the tall girl's help.It was good to know that if the products I bought go on sale in the next week or so I get the difference in the money back on my member account which was a nice surprise!Great service and products very happy.

Unfortunately, I received terrible service. Actually no service at all. I was in the store for 20 minutes to purchase cleaning products and tools for my car. I was with my two children and I’m trying to make decisions on what to purchase. I finally found someone to help me, I asked politely for help and the other person behind the counter advised “that was not what I was going to get him to help with”. I was disappointed with this response and I was requiring help and about to drop $300 on products and told. This women proceeded to argue she was in the right with me, and so I just left the store.Rude, unhelpful and I’ve walked away very upset. This is why I shop online through Amazon, retail is dying for this reason. No help and rude.

Good store with great range of products for your car with good supplies of quality brand name hand tools and tool cabinets. Pleasant staff and easy parking includes disabled parking.

The Fairy Medow store I went to the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and I gotthe product wanted at a great price,will be going back there whenever I need anything automotive
