Fairly happy with the sales process, final pricing and the system we were able to agree to. Less so on after sales support.Physical Installation went quite well. The weather was not helpful at all but the subcontractors Solaray use were efficient and got everything up over two visits (would have been one if the rain hadn’t come in).It appears the system was not initially setup correctly. It tripped a couple a times and when I looked into it the wrong grid connection type was set. Once I chose the correct one all was well and has remained that way. Even still, I shouldn’t have had to work that out.I purchased consumption monitoring but a month later still have no visibility into the consumption monitoring. The team at Solaray have been fairly responsive when I reach out but little proactive communication and ultimately no action so far to resolve the problem (other than seemingly “looking into it”).I’ve been told they are arranging someone to come out and had a email from support to check available times but still haven’t had any confirmation and nobody has shown up despite saying they can come anytime.

We had a wonderful experience with Solaray Energy. Adam in sales was brilliant from start to finish. He's not the tiniest bit pushy, is so knowledgeable and helpful. Anthony in installations was so great and willing to help us with anything. His team was lovely. The place was spotless when they left. Both Adam and Anthony (and his apprentice) mean that I would recommend Solaray to everyone. And already am.

I accepted the quote from Solaray Energy for a number of reasons. They were extremely friendly to deal with over the phone and via email, there was no pressure to buy the system that I purchased and they have worked in and around my roof restoration and kept me advised every step of the way.That said, when the team came out to install the mounting brackets prior to my roof restoration, they advised me that they could re-work the panel layout from the initial plan and thus being able to add an additional 6 panels increasing my system size from 6.6kw to 9kw and yes, at a very reasonable additional cost.My dealings with Solaray have been nothing short of faultless and when you are investing the amount of money that you do with a purchase like this, it's comforting to be able to walk away feeling you have made the right choice.I have no hesitation in recommending Solaray Energy, for your solar power needs or requirements.

I recently hired this solar installer company to install solar panels on my roof and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with their services.First of all, they were incredibly punctual. They arrived at my house at the exact time that we had scheduled the appointment for and they were ready to get to work right away.Secondly, they were very tidy. Lee and his team took great care to ensure that their work area was clean and organized throughout the entire installation process. They were also very respectful of my property and made sure to protect it from any potential damage.Lastly, their attention to detail was impeccable. Adam went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was done correctly and that I was completely satisfied with the end result. He also took the time to explain everything (more than once) to me in detail and answer all of my questions.Overall, I would highly recommend this solar installer company to anyone looking to install solar panels on their home or business. They were punctual, tidy, and detailed, and their level of professionalism was unmatched. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Dealing with Solaray exceeded my best expectations. Everybody I dealt with at the company was 100% professional in their respective roles. Added to that is the very reasonable quote (in fact, the best of three) I got from Solaray. On top of all that, I was pleasantly surprised that they could do the installation within a week of my acceptance, and complete the 40 solar panel (with micro-inverters and Tesla Powerwall 2) system within one day.

The system overall is great.The reason for 3 stars and not 5 is because the after sales service and warranty is a bit slow going.The only issue I have is the poor installation location of the solar distribution board (outside facing west - even though I requested it to be installed inside the garage) and the quality of materials melting in the sun. Hopefully they warranty this and fix the issue - will report back with how it goes.

Getting ahead of all the price rises on July 1st, and having a pre-existing Solar PV system installed, we decided to go with Solaray to install 2 x Tesla Powerwall 2 home batteries.The team at Solaray were very competitively priced, the installation team was on time and did a quality install. The installers were prompt, professional, friendly and ensured that the site was left clean and tidy.Very happy with the overall outcome.

With so many cowboys out there selling Solar I was nervous and very cautious with who I was going to hand over some serious money to. Fortunately a friend and a family member had used and recommended Solaray. They had a great experience with their staff and installers plus offered competitive top of the industry product and pricing.We've had our panels in for a few months now and are reaping the rewards. Our first monthly bill was a credit. Not bad considering it rain constantly for 2 weeks after install.We had a few technical issues post install (which can happen) and Solaray were like a dog at a bone, they kept coming out to rectify the issue and were not happy until I was happy. They really make you feel like they are on the journey with you. We highly recommend them!

We where looking for a good solar system for a while. With so many companies out there and hearing many negative reviews , it was hard to choose with whom to go. After talking with one of our friends who already installed a solar system and hearing about Solaray the decision was final. We talked to Solaray friendly staff and everything was promptly explained. With the whole process from paperwork to the whole installation everything was very smooth. I can only highly recommend Solaray and thank the whole staff for being so friendly and professional. Now we can sit back and enjoy our new solar.
