I used Kingsgate this week, and have to say I was really impressed with Sunny's professionalism. He was on time, handled my glass cabinet carefully and his fee was very reasonable.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Terrible rates with a incredibly high charge, better to find somewhere else.

I used them 29/06/19 to move a 2 bed apartment. Ross was on time, friendly and professional. He took really good care of my furniture and worked quickly to get everything done. Really good rates too and I was charged as quoted. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Do not use this company > Use at own risk!!! > If there was a 0 star rating I would use it. This company damaged furniture during delivery also damaged clients wooden fixtures in home whilst trying to navigate furniture in place. Company refuses to take responsibility for their actions. I took photos of items before collection and my client also sent photos after delivery and wrote a statement as to how the delivery drivers caused damage. I had to use another courier service to collect items and then repair items, redeliver at additional cost to myself. Still to date this company takes no action and claims it has insurance coverage???. The owner I spoke with 'Sunny' responded in an email that made little to no sense with his explanation and stated we made a false claim. No false claim at all !!! documented with photos before and after and witnessed by my clients and their family friends during delivery, company staff were seen dragging items across gravel concrete and wrote a statement confirming this. Absolute appalling service .....Further to the response from Kingsgate stating there was a time delay for reporting damages". That is correct the items were delivered prior to public holiday long weekend and we notified Kingsgate immediately on our return when we were notified by our client. Strange how they rushed & wanted payment immediately when items dropped off? Photos were taken and time stamped 8 minutes prior to collection and wrapped in layers of clear plastic.Furthermore our client witnessed delivery drivers causing the damage and documented this to me. Unfortunately me client could not inform me earlier as firstly we were closed over the long weekend and secondly her husband was in hospital. All this has been explained and documented to Kingsgate but they refuse to acknowledge their mishandling of this and treat it as they say a false claim. Sunny would like this conversation to be over. Hence why he has ignored our requests for months of costs incurred by his company. However we will continue our approach to recover costs incurred by Kingsgate due to negligence of their staff members.Also due to Sunny Narayan (owner) of Kingsgate approach to this matter I find it only fair that other potential customer of Kingsgate are well aware if your items are damaged by Kingsgate staff members ... good luck trying to have them cover your losses!!!Also questionable why correct business address is not listed!only states Reeve Street Clayfield"
