Ultimate Watersports - Broome

My wife and I went on a Jet Ski tour in Broome. Our guide Joseph was awesome. Having never ridden a jet ski before, he explained everything we needed to know before heading out. Along the way we stopped our Jet Skis and Joseph told us about some of the historic landmarks of Broome, and a couple that were only really visible from the water. I especially liked how environmentally conscious Joseph was as well. Can not recommend this company highly enough. Terrific experience, we will definitely be back next time we’re in Broome.

Greated by Paul and Danny at the boat ramp, they were ready to go. Once the formalities were done, we were in the water and gone. Starting off at a slower pace as we went into Roebuck Bay for a quick history lesson, then headed back towards the point and around to Cable beach. Bouncing off the waves was a bit of fun. Once we got to cable, I got the go ahead to go hard. Holy cow, these things have balls! Absolute raw power flying down the beach. Unfortunately time flies when you are having fun and it was time to head back with a half hour free play" after wards.I couldn't recommend these guys enough. The only way it could get better is if I could do it every day!"

Hired for a birthday present. Joseph at Cable Beach was awesome, easy run down on how to operate. Super smooth ride and a perfect day, saw whales breaching, dolphins and a fat sea snake. THANK YOU, we will be back.. so, so worth it!

We had a Cable Beach Jet Ski Tour booked a few months ago while we were in WA. The tour sounded amazing as described on the website & on TripAdvisor, and all of their reviews are really great. Unfortunately, that wasn't our case and the tour wasn't as described, due to our specific guide. Although we didn't enjoy our experience, the reason I'm leaving a 5* review is because we really rate the owner and the incredible customer service we received -- he called us, was sincerely apologetic, told us what steps were taken to fix the issue, personally offered to make sure we get the proper tour next time, and refunded our money. His reaction to our feedback was above and beyond, and makes it pretty clear that he rarely gets dissatisfied customers. Based on our experience, we'd highly recommend booking with this company, and we'd happily book this tour again the next time we're in Cable Beach, or if they ever get to Sydney!

Joseph and Hudson were great coaches for us as first timers. We had a wow of a time with the kids on the picturesque Cable Beach. Going back again today!
