I can not highly recommend AAA Storage & Removals Wembley enough. Janine and the team go over and beyond in making your experience with them smooth and effortless. From my first phone call inquiring about their services they were very helpful and informative. With a big move interstate and needing to put some of our household items into storage and transport from different locations with the help and guidance from Janine everything ran smoothly. Janine and her team were brilliant. Moving can be stressful but not when you have AAA Storage it is made stress free.

Great experience from start to finish.I really shopped around to find the best service, and these people are you guys.To start, they get you organised with itemising what you gotta move. Great idea.Then, you get a legitimate quote. They charge extra for stairs, heavy items, or any other stupid stuff, it's straight forward, you pay for their time and travel. And the hourly rate is extremely competitive.Your next step is one of the staff promptly gets in touch with you. They're friendly, understanding, professional and very organised. They really make the moving experience so much less stressful.Then we have moving day. The boys are so friendly, they don't stuff around, they hustle. They're well presented, professional and handle your items and household with care. The truck is big enough to handle a small household.Cannot recommend this whole team enough. Do yourself a favour and take the stress out of moving with AAA

Absolutely amazing service.Moving is always donting and it's hard to find the right people to help you.I would like to thank Jenine and the boys for being so prompt and making my washing machine swap so effortless. Every thing from price,communication, being on time, taking care of surface and appliance scratches was kept in mind.I would highly recommend them and would give more stars if I could.

Amazing service as always.We had two moves within a week, one to move furniture and boxes to our new home and the other to put the excess furniture into their storage facility.Helpful and friendly from start to finish and incredibly efficient. Excellent rates and because the removalists are so organised and fast it keeps the price down. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic service, Janine and the team made moving super easy for us. Ozzie and Tyler were brilliant, such beautiful manners and strong to move our heavy furniture without any dramas.

The team at AAA were wonderful to work with - the quoting and booking process was simple and efficient and their team showed up on time for the job. I had a lot of very heavy items to move but they made the process look very easy. I was also very impressed by how careful they were with my appliances and furnitures - very cautious of things not hitting walls + corners, I felt like my belongings were in good hands. Their pricing is also very reasonable, the job was done faster than the estimated time so I paid less than what I expected.

10 stars ! I’ve used AAA storage twice now, and just recently their new removalist offering. Janine and the team are so incredibly helpful, professional and genuinely delightful to deal with. AAA make everything as simple as possible, from their online contents calculators to providing everything you could need for your storage or move.The removalist team were brilliant - perfectly on time, efficient and absolute pros. Not a single item was lost, damaged or broken.I can’t rate this company enough. I will definitely be using them again if I need to move!Thank you Janine and everyone at AAA!
