To the beautiful, lovely worker named Julia she had short red hair. who served me last week when I visited Mecca Greenhills, is sent down from the heavens above, she went over and beyond my expectations, I haven’t had very pleasant visits into Mecca for quite a while but I will 100% recommend Julia to anyone looking for information about makeup or skincare products, she is so wonderful as a person and I hope the company sees her value and can give her a slight raise because of her amazing customer service skills ,well done Julia! I just had my makeup done by Courtney and she did such an amazing job! I couldn’t be happier with her work!All the girls there are always so lovely and helpful with exceptional customer service.

The staff are always engaged and super helpful. You never feel like any question is dumb and they always go the extra mile to assist with trying a product or finding an alternative or something new. The makeup applications are great. Have had two done by two different artists and both were really collaborative and happy to listen to all my desires and suggestions. Never too pushy trying to sell product which I appreciate and also really conscious of making my trips which involve bringing my kids quick and simple.

I Brought 2 students into this mecca store today as apart of our School Vet Beauty course. I was so impressed by Bella and all the beauty Knowledge she had to share with us. The students loved it. We cant wait to come back and get our Makeup done xx

the staff are always super friendly and helpful but there was one person that really stood out which was Caleb. Caleb is a great asset to Mecca and he definitely knows his stuff. Great service from him and the rest of the staff

Cannot express my sincere gratitude and the sparkle in my heart from a woman called Zoe at MECCA in maitland. I rushed in telling her I forgot my makeup bag at home (2 hrs away) and I was attending a wedding. As she collected products for me and tested them on my face we got talking. I told her about my journey…my mental illnesses, my physical illnesses. That I hadn’t attended something like this in 9 years. And that only two weeks ago I was still in a wheel chair and hooked up to multiple machines. She carefully looked at the tubes (a PICC line for regular hospital treatment) that are permantly sticking out of my arm with no judgement. I talked about how important and special it was that I was apart of this wedding. That it would be ar the one of the most cherished days of my life and I honestly thought I wouldn’t make it. She listened carefully, talked to me with empathy and also genuine excitement for me. When I went to pay she handed over the bag, with tears in her eyes but with a beaming smile and said “you have made it, all you. Have the best night!”. I got home and found this in my bag. I will always remember this stranger, Zoe, who in 15 mins became a part of this special night but also my long continuing journey and battles. MECCA you have a very special and deeply talented artist. These kind of people are the people who genuinely contribute to helping those who have their battles, to keep us fighting to live.
