We are travelling around in a Isuzu NPS motorhome, Used Iveco Coffs Harbour for a service, and then to get a new fuel pump and some other work done. Both times they gave us prompt quotes and slotted us in quickly and got the work done on time. Great effort leading into Christmas when everyone is busy. Parts prices were reasonable, labour not cheap but they did a great job at short notice so thumbs up from us!

These guys are brilliant. Customer service by Aaron was faultless. We had an issue with the fault light on the braking abs system coming on. We had to travel over 240klm to get to them and they looked at it and repaired straight away - nothing was an issue for them.Motorhome all fixed. Thank you guys

Called 31 may 2021 asked if they could help with a gearbox error on my iveco daily as I was travelling to gold coast. Not even interested. Said they were booked out for a week. You are on your own. Did not even ask what the error was and did not suggest alternative. One star is one too many

Our company GO4U recently purchased a LDV delivery Van from Mike Blewitt ford. When it came time for the 5000 KLM service . Carl the salesman at Mike Blewitt booked the van in for a service at Iveco Elswick Place Coffsharbour. The mechanics here awsome promt and polite. Sevice was completed promptly any of our questions were answered.. Great nob guys all round thankyou.

I was on the way from Gold coast to Sydney my Iveco Daily lost power I took it to here and gentlemen's on this workshop very helpful and really had great service they look at my van and fixed it's problem quick because I had to arrived to Sydney overnight. High recommended for this centre spacial a man from receiption , mat from office and Pat from workshop also Carl from sale department.ill back here again to buy my new vehicle. Thank you guys for your great service.

Ii need to share issues I am having and the response to a request to do what I think is the right thing. The following is a email I sent in hope of fairness and for the dealer to do the right thing, another dealership suggested they would have dealt with this issue in a different way by meeting and accepting my request as I have detailed below. I write to you following a request was made for consideration from you to cover costs to have a camber kit fitted to my Daily twin cab. A Iveco dealer in Brisbane have been authorised to have the kit supplied and fitted by Iveco HQ. I requested that the cost of wheel alignment and tyre replacement be covered as I was told the kit is a remedy to a inherit problem and should have been installed at pre delivery, the failure to have this kit fitted is what has created the problem, either way I was told that in the conclusion and summary was that I contributed to the problem by having a rear canopy fitted and by doing so contributed to the change of the vehicle dynamics. Amazing. A truck having a load placed onto it, really? Is a 4.5t truck not designed to carry loads? I intend disputing this and advise you of my intentions to make a claim under fair trading and specifically within the section of not fit for purpose section. Regards,
