#1 Real Estate AgentThe reason we got Oresti to sell two of our properties was because he was honest with his appraisals we found other agents tell you what you want to hear and then they give you feedback that your property isn't worth that much. In the end Oresti got us over the appraisal he gave us which was a pleasant surprise. I first met Oresti nearly 25 years ago when I bought my first house in Clear Island Waters. I later used him as my rental agent for 20 years. Oresti and his staff provide a personalised service with their boutique agency and speedily act on management issues. I returned to my home after 15 years and it was in excellent condition. He recently sold a rental property in one month at a price I agreed to. Oresti is energetic, a foreward thinker and offers good advice. I would highly recommend his agency.
