If you are ever suffering from blocked ears and hearing loss due to wax buildup, and have tried all the various do it yourself solutions with no luck, visit this clinic and try micro-suction. The difference before and after is night and day. Deanna has excellent bedside manner, taking the time to communicate with her patients in detail about the procedure and any concerns you may have. Would highly recommend, absolutely no regrets.

After SSNHL made me severely deaf in my right ear Sandra Lee was able to book me in twice with little notice given on my behalf. Absolutely great staff and phenomenal service!The exams were thorough and she took the time to answer any and all questions I had, couldn't have asked for a better audiologist!!

I booked in for Micro Suction of my ears, it's the only thing I didn't get. Ended up with a quick hearing test and an invoice of $140 with no explanation as to why I didn't receiving the treatment I booked in for. Back to ear candling for me.

Very courteous and professional, and it starts from the moment you're greated at reception by Renee; a refreshing change from stereotypically frumpy receptionists.I won't be going anywhere else.

I was very happy with the care and attention that my mother received at the Ivanhoe rooms of Hearing Professionals. However, they did fail to send on a report to her GP, but other than that, my mother is very satisfied with them.

After being disappointed with my first set of hearing aids by another audiologist I was referred to Hearing Professionals by a friend and was managed by Lys Allison who recommended Signia Styletto XSince then my hearing has improved dramatically. I can now hear voices distinctly and I have full volume control and other settings via my iPhone.Lys has provided sound and patient advice and her recommendations have proven to be entirely accurate. I could not be happier and so is my wife
