Great service from start to end. The staffs are friendly and professional. On the day of instalment, they came on time, did the job quick and result is fantastic. Reasonable price and high quality of workmanship. Highly recommended !

In July 2022 we asked Bankstown Carpet Court to give us a quote in relation to water damaged carpet in our office. It took a long time for Mounzir at Carpet Court to send someone to attend the office however when Ian attended he took photographs & answered specific questions raised by our public liability insurer Allianz. I said to Ian that the quote specifically needed to address the questions raised by Allianz in the quote. Instead, Mounzir sends a quote that does not include the photograph or the notes made by Ian addressing the questions raised by Allianz. I then sent numerous emails to Carpet Court again explaining that this is an insurance matter and the quote needs to address the questions raised by Allianz. Chris from Carpet Court then got involved and said he would provide what we had originally requested. Instead he called again asking what we want. We explained it to him again. Then he just sent the original quote. We called & emailed Carpet Court again & Chris said I don't understand what you want" despite being repeatedly told that we wanted Ian's notes and the photograph he took of the damaged carpet. I then just asked for Ian's number & they refused to give me that. Today the Insurer called chasing us for a response to their request...a response that I cannot give them even though 3 months have now elapsed. I will probably have to contact another Carpet Court & start again. Dealing with Carpet Court Bankstown has been very frustrating & they are totally totally unprofessional."

Munzir and Chris went above and beyond to make carpet happen for us within 2 days of our visit to the store. Large variety of choices but most of all a very friendly and knowledgeable team! Brendan the installer also did a fantastic job with laying the carpet. Absolutely recommend these guys for anyone looking for flooring. Thank you Carpet Court Bankstown!

I went in requesting for installation of floors and skirting and was told it could be done without a hassle only to turn into a nightmare. First of all they delivered the wrong floors and now I am left with what looks like a kids job, the level of workmanship I received is absolutely appalling. When I contacted Ali, the Manager from Carpet Court Bankstown he told me there is nothing that can be done and this was the standard level of workman ship that is provided to all clients. I highly recommend you stay away from this place, the level of work and service is absolutely disgusting.

These guys are amazing. Chris was so patient and helpful when I came into the store, he spent probably a good hour explaining the different types of hard floor coverings and addressing all my concerns regarding the removal of the existing floor covering. He even arranged for the installer to come out in advance to check out the site.New floors were laid yesterday and I couldn't be happier. The installers did a really great job, very thorough and efficient, and it looks fantastic! Better than I even hoped. Would not hesitate to recommend Bankstown Carpet Court for anyone needing new floor coverings.

Fantastic service from Chris at Bankstown Carpet Court. From initial consultation to installation, the process was smooth and easy. Chris took great time to assist with the choice of carpet, including providing 2 good sized samples to take and view in our home. The workers arrived on time and the end result is fantastic. I definitely recommend Bankstown Carpet Court to anyone searching for great service, quality carpet and all at a very reasonable price.

The advice I received on a tricky installation of hybrid flooring on stairs with a glass balustrade together with the great price and expert fitting left me very happy. Big shout out to Mounzir and Chris at the shop and Eric the installer. 5 stars from me.

We were quoted 1 to 2 days for the job to be done, so we accepted based on that advice. When the 2 workers arrived on the day I spoke to his friend on the phone because he couldn't understand me and they said job done at 3 or 4. So we returned at 4 pm the same day. Clearly no-where near done. Then used google translate and found that it would be 3 to 4 days until done. After calling the centre at Bankstown, no help, they were going to call me the next day, I'm still waiting for that call. I called the head office, similar dismissive response. Such dodgy sales practices. If they had been up front, we would have booked an air bnb to stay, instead I had to make last minute arrangements that required putting a number of friends and family out, and cost of travel out of the area. The job is of reasonable quality, except there are 2 doors that they took off and didn't replace that now don't fit, so I guess I'll sort that out. I didn't want to leave a negative review, because I am aware of how this can impact a business, but I didn't receive any follow up from my feedback when I called the outlet or the head office. I won't be recommending them to anyone.
