Have been researching the Ssangyong Musso for around two months and decided I was ready to head down - chat to a dealer - test drive maybe even put in a order.I live an hour away and thought being a Monday it would be quite and a good day to come in.Walked in and found a young guy near the front office - after standing around the cars for a while hoping someone would offer to help me.Asked him a few questions and when it came to speaking about lead time and new models he called over John.I have never in 23 years of working in customer service met anyone as disinterested as John - he literally would answer questions while looking at his phone.No interest in talking to me or discussing the car - really the best I got was 3-6 month wait time - no idea about new model for next year and no feeling that he wanted my 50k sale.Will never step foot into a Sinclair dealership again.Good luck with what ever was on your phone John obviously really important.Can’t wait for the car shortage to be over so Salesman can get back to selling cars not acting like it’s an inconvenience.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN REGARDS TO NEW CAR SALES HAVE CONTACTED FOR QUOTES ON TWO VEHICLES NEW REXTON AND KORANDO AND EMAILD AS WELL AS CALLED THE SALES PERSON CHRIS IN NEW CAR SALES (SSANGYONG) THEY DONT BOTTER TO GET BACK TO YOU AND I TOOK MY BUSSINESS ELSWHERE AND PURCHASED MY TWO NEW CARS FROM OTHER DEALERSHIP AND JUST WONDERING HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSSINESS.

Two things to review here - firstly the car, and then the dealer:The car speaks for itself, if you haven’t driven one you wouldn’t understand, so do yourself a favour and test drive this amazingly underrated vehicle and appreciate what 60 years of manufacturing can create. The value for money is phenomenal.And finally the dealer, John was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he was a bit underwhelming over the phone initially but meeting him in person turned this right around. He knows a good car will sell itself so he just puts you in the drivers seat, points out the obvious and the rest is history.Looking forward to many years of Ssangyong satisfaction to come! Lodged an online enquiry and had a same day response from Paul. Let me say, what incredible customer service! Paul handled my purchase from start to finish, answering all questions in a very prompt fashion. Paul’s after sales support is also excellent, he has a customer-first mentality. No customer service and wasted my time. The vehicle for test driving had some issues and was not available. I was more than happy to buy the vechicle from other dealer who had better customer service.

Extremely poor customer service.

Pat and John are hilarious. We are so glad we had time on one of the Saturdays to have a chat about cars. They are the first car dealers we have met who actually know what they sell. Not only small things but more detailed specifications as well. They are not pushy at all!
