Loved my experience at the stay upright course in Clyde. My trainer Mike was patient and kind and helped me throughout the whole process. It was overall a nervous but exciting process and I can’t wait to come back for my p’s test.

Very pleased with Thomas as an instructor last weekend. I've completed the course before, but I didn't feel left behind at any point. He was very patient with my partner who was the only unridden person in the course.Fantastic instructor 10/10

I have just finished my second day of pre-learner course and I passed. But I have to mention that I have had a bad experience with the service. But I’m still thankful that I least I have my certificate.Firstly, the location is bad as it’s under a highway bridge and so loud.Secondly, I think my instructor should quit his job. I am not going to say his name as I don’t want to affect him personally because he seems a good man but just not the right person to teach people riding. He was getting angry quickly at anyone’s mistake from the first day which I was ok with until the second day I was almost kicked out the course for not stoping correctly!! I parked next to my friend and was 2 meters away but he thought I was going to fall off the bike when I had the full control to the bike and I have ridden motorcycles for more than 3 years since I was 12 years old. He came to me and shouted at me disrespectfully but I kept myself calm just to get the certificate and go home. Then, in the last activity which everyone should do good at, a girl almost crashed to the gate and he didn’t say anything and let her pass. So, if I make one mistake, he assumes I did it on purpose and almost kicked me out but two people till the last activity didn’t not even have control over the motorcycle at minimum and he was ok with that. He should be at least confident that the people he is teaching will not crash as soon as he hand them the certificate.Again, I’m not going to say his name but it’s just sad that I chose “stay upright” as I loved the guy on the YouTube channel and he mentions “ it will be a friendly environment” when it obviously wasn’t.What’s more surprising is that he keeps mentioning that he doesn’t have time or he is not getting paid enough which is not my problem. It’s simple, if you don’t like your job then just don’t do it. We are also paying $107 to learn.

Five-star services, great team members, had a wonderful experience last Sunday getting my red P at Clyde, great thanks to Karen she's a friendly lady with a humble attitude and always cares about our safety not just teaching our skills. Highly recommended you guys hire the manual CB125 from SU as it's very easy to handle. Hope you and StayUpright be No.1 in the industry and have a wonderful time. Truly thanks.

Did my pre-learner course here over 3 days. I was not successful on the 1st day so was asked to do a remedial session. I completed that and went onto get my learner licence. They aren't just passing everyone, they actually have great instructions that care about you being safe on the road.Important safety tips were very emphasised during the lessons so that we do not get into bad habits and we were explained the best practices from the start. I agree with the other reviews about it being a bit loud being under the JRD underpass however I was able to hear the instructor through my helmetLooking forward to coming back and doing the pre-provisional and MOST tests.

Place is too noisy because of the motorway and other roads running above and around the site. You can't hear 80% of what an instructor is talking about. They talk about if you run late you missing the safety instructions briefing and send you home plus take your money but at this place you can't even hear the briefing !Be aware if you're running late for any reason you can forget about your course fee and they're not going to let you sit the course. They don't tolerate anything and will give you a story for little kids about being subsidized by TNSW and covering costs for trainers and lease. I understand costs associated but 7 out 20 students can cover that in a day. Cruel way to make extra money from society ! They do it because they can. So unless you have a doctor's certificate your money is lost in their (not government's) pocket. Hope it'll be useful to someone and make you more wary !PSReplying to your response. In regards to your ,, missing safety instructions We all receive and go through safety instructions when doing pre learner so what more is there ? Safety instructions are different from Pre Learner and Pre provisional ? At Clyde you can't even hear 20% of what's said by an instructor because of the surrounding traffic. Also how does your policy care about safety of your customer riders when you have a statement

One great thing that makes me happy in 2022, Friday 16-12-22. I'm so lucky to meet this coach/examiner, Richard. He treated every candidates equally no matter you are a fresh or an experienced one. He was so professional by patiently guided and observed us step by step in details and I was successfully passed my test. I have benefited on that day! I have ever seen a person who are so passionate about his work. He literally just nibbled some snacks and sips of water in between the long hours training, and continued the discussion with other students! After the test, I forgot to take my helmet away! It was late, just wanted to try my luck and went back to see if Richard was still there to let me get my helmet back, when I arrived, he still there tidy up the place! Really work hard to get things done! In regards of his attitude towards work, a few stars and words are really not enough to praise his sincerity and dedication!A kindly feedback to the organisation, please consider to provide a microphone to the trainer as it is not easy for them to keep their voices clear and loud for the whole training and test sessions that last for few hours.Honestly thanks to Trainer cum examinator Richard". I sincerely appreciate respect the work you have done."

Had a very pleasant pre-learner course over the weekend. Many thanks to my instructor Thomas Thibaud for his very patient, welcoming, encouraging, and easy to understand approach. Feeling no pressure throughout the course, only feeling an increasing interest in commencing my rider journey sooner.
