State Trustees

I am so thankful to State Trustees for taking care of my late fathers estate. I honestly don't know where I would have even started sorting it all out, with no will and an international pension, bank accounts, and shares, it would have been impossible for me to administer/ finalize his affairs. Not to mention the time and stress it would have caused me. State Trustees took care of everything for me and provided advice, guidance and help along the way and have kept me updated at every step of the process.

I reached out to State Trustees on behalf of my mum to help her get her will sorted. The team at State Trustees was fantastic, they were able to relate to my mum's current situation and provide a very thorough service. Also the price was really good which I imagine anyone on a pension would appreciate.

I moved house in January 2022 and then again in the following May. I rang and emailed STL numerous times about the COA but my details were changed to a town with a similar name!!! It took a formal complaint to get the right details on file. It's laughable really and I often have a giggle at their stupidity.Not to mention when I moved 15 years ago and STL were paying rent to both places for a few months. I really had to fight to get my funds returned.lolCome on guys it's not that hard lol

My father passed away in 2018 (right before lockdown), and we could not find his will.I have 3 other siblings and we all agreed on the outcome of his estate...only getting to the finish line seemed impossible.I rang State Trustees. From the moment I explained my situation, until i received the finalisation letter this company has been kind, caring, professional and pure integrity. Walking into this situation unexpectedly as we do, I was emotional and uneducated in this industry. I felt safe and supported. Andrea Fox is a true angel in one of the hardest times in my life. I cannot thank her and this company enough, doing the hardest work on behalf of other people. A true blessing. <3

State Trustee's have been so helpful with my Sisters Estate, it has taken so much stress off if me, and all the staff are respectful and have empathy at a very difficult time. I would recommend State Trustees to everyone especially with all the details of a person's estate which can be very difficult at a time when it is very painful.

Terrible customer service, tried calling multiple times and either says too busy and disconnects or your on hold for 40+ minutes...Tried emailing 3 times to no response...The pdf you guys sent had words half cut off and names spelt incorrectly.Would use someone else with better customer support.

Not possible to score lower than 1 star - even though they deserve a much lower score. This company" botched the payment of my relative's funeral expenses

They rang me after my Mother’s death & told me there was still almost a thousand dollars left & if I gave them my bank details they would deposit it into my account.But they didn’t do that:( When I rang them again they still didn’t deposit it! I spoke to them just recently & they told me they would ring me back but they haven’t done so! If you people can’t pay me the $900 you promised with my bank details well I will sue you then as we have a Lawyer,A Police Officer & a Postie in our family :)

We have found the State Trustees to have been nothing short of wonderful. Everything has been clearly explained, their empathy has been evident throughout. No query or question, no matter how trival has been an imposition and answered as quickly and fully as they can. They've made a difficult time far easier.

All very intereasting reading these reviews! My late husband - who did not have any asssessts to speak of, - and I, made our wills with State Trustees, when we married, over 10 years ago. Now I need to revisit my will after my husband's death and readjust it. After having read these, with so VERY FEW good reviews, I will be looking for another more fair and reliable provider! Thanks everyone for the heads up!
