Magic care massage(Chinese massage)

Paid $90 for a 1-hour full-body dry acupressure massage. It was really just upper back (shoulderblades) and calf's. No neck, no head, no glutes, no thigh, no shoulder, no feet, no hand. I usually have a fairly good pain tolerance when it comes to massage but this got painfull due to the repeatedness of just 4 areas. I felt as if they either weren't experienced or he was just tired and lazy. A shame because $90 is a lot to pay for an average (mall) massage.

Really thorough massage; went in feeling like I was way overdue / walked out feeling like I should’ve paid extra for another 30min. The 60 min massage was seriously great and highly recommend.

No-one can fault their massages - but they often won't honour someone's existing appointment if another walk-in customer arrives just beforehand.

Lovely massage, the masseuse knew how to work out tension and knots. I loved the heated massage table, so cosy!

I visited this business today for a 1 hr full body massage. I’ve never walked out mid-way through a massage before in my life. From the very beginning of my massage the lady masseuse was constantly talking loudly & joking away through the curtains with one of her other colleagues in earshot. She also walked out of the room intermittently a number of times for no apparent reason during my treatment.The last straw was when that same colleague (on the other side of the curtain) unexpectedly entered my treatment room & just started working on my legs with my masseuse at the same time - without my permission. They continued talking loudly which made it impossible to tune out. They appeared shocked when I suddenly got up to leave, despite their constant conversation.Their behaviour was totally unprofessional on multiple levels. Not a great experience that I would want anyone else to be put through. Think twice before choosing this one…

I did an oil massage for 45 minutes, and overall it was an excellent experience. The Chinese massage is slightly different from the remedial massage, but it gave me a big relief to my body. The second day I felt a little bit painful on my back, but it was normal and disappeared on the third day! Overall it was wonderful!

Would highly recommend magic massage in Alice Springs. The ladies were lovely, and provided an amazing service, I felt really good afterward. I told them my back and neck had a lot of pain and they provided cupping and a really thorough massage that eased the pain greatly.

I had a very VERY bad experience here. If I could give a zero star rating I would.The massage I received was painful and erratic, at one point I ask the lady to stop using her elbow as she was just randomly pushing it into my back. When I went to pay I tried to discreetly explain that the experience was very uncomfortable and I was NOT happy to pay $80. Their response was to threaten to call the police. Absolutely disgusted in the customer service, I asked to speak to someone else and the woman refused, I was told that she was the manager, eventually more people were coming in and I was mortified. Ended up paying $50 for a horrendous massage. Then the staff went and spoke to the Police who were guarding the nearby bottle shop, I was treated like a criminal who had stolen something. Thankfully the Police were lovely to me and said I had nothing to worry about.Despite the fact I have been here many times, there is no way I will be going back. It costs the same to see a qualified myotherapist who actually knows what they are doing.
