The whole team at Martin’s are amazing, always providing options and the service is impeccable. So friendly all the time, we love going there for all our jewellery needs. A shout-out to the whole team is in order and specially Violet who takes her time, never in a rush and provides five star service in every way :)

Not a big fan of the staff here, came in on a Sunday a few weeks ago and was appalled at the presentation. Won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

100% these guys are amazing. I called looking for something after being completely stuffed over by another store 2 days before Christmas I was beside myself and in tears, they did not have the item in stock, and I thought that was that but 10 minutes after the end of the call the lovely young lady I spoke to called me back to tell me she had looked around and found it for me in a completely different store, and had called back the last number hoping it was me to let me know where I could find it. The service is amazing here, they really go above and beyond.

Wonderful customer service from Violet at Martins jewellers today. I was looking for a bday gift for my daughter and I walked out with the perfect gift. Violet and Julia are always pleasant and welcoming. Definitely the shop to go to for all your jewellery needs ☺️

I was looking at a pair of earrings, the lady in the shop told me I could actually TRY the pair of earrings on! The lady said 'it's ok we sterilise them EACH TIME'. I was disgusted that such a thing was allowed. I politely walked out (in disgust). I do not trust to buy earrings in that store knowing customers are able to put the earrings in their ear and try before they buy!
