Fantastic new machines and dryers. When you choose hot water you actually get beautiful hot water. Right next to award winning bakery too.

The owner is one of the rudest people I've ever met. I've been there a handful of times and consistently received bad service from him and he doesn't answer his phone when the machines stop working with your clothes in it.I 100% DO NOT recommend you go there.Plenty of others in Port Macquarie to go to.

I run a business in Port Macquarie and have used this laundromat for 4 years. Quite happy with there service.BUT then they employed Gavin! Without a doubt the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Since Gavin arrived we have had numerous problems with missed pickups, Late deliveries and no deliveries!I have been promised collections only to be told later that they were too busy, or one day it was raining and he told me he wasn’t going out in the rain. Christmas is our busiest time but they simply forgot our REGULAR pickup. This meant I had to do the shop laundry over the public holidays. No apology. Nothing. He even accused me of lying, saying I was ringing the wrong laundry. I showed him the call data on my mobile proving I had called the correct laundry. No apology. Nothing.I gave them another chance, but the very next week same deal. Late pickup so no linen for me to open with the next day. I ring before 9 and ask them to call me back urgently if the washing is ready for me to collect. No response. I called in about 10:30 and it’s all just sitting there. It’s now halfway through the next week and still no call. And this is after 4 years of reasonable service! Just goes to show you how one employee can ruin your business! The owner is overseas and I think Gavin thinks he’s in charge. I will be interesting to see if the owner contacts me when he gets back.While ever Gavin works there my suggestion is GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

In a month or so, this place has become dirty. Machines that smell like mould and soap dispensers not refilled. Although all the machines state that there's a soap dispenser, multiple times I removed the washing from the machine to find out that, my washing was washed in just water, no soap was realised. Also floors are dirty. Don't waste your time or money. Go elsewhere.

Clean, well maintained premises. $5/6/9 cold wash, $7,8,13 hot, soap included. Coin machine, WiFi. $1 for 5 minutes drying.
