Also trades as Pied Piper Portraits.Unprofessional and rude.Michael Webb completely disregarded our comments in our order. When we pointed out this, he confirmed he does not read customers’ notes ‘they go straight to my lab’... and next thing he did it was to blame me first and the school. At no point he apologised and or took resposibility for his own mistake.What’s the point of having a comment box then in your order and payment site?
