Julie and her team are so friendly and professional to deal with. We first started dealing with Julie with whilst living in Queensland. Now living in New South Wales we do our tax over the phone and it is so easy and convenient.

I am so disappointed with the service I have received when trying to book my yearly tax. I have been seeing Julie for many years, Julie is being very unreasonable and judgmental. I get she is a small business and cancellations have an impact, I am a small business supporting another small business and have been going to her for many years and I have been blacklisted from receiving services after cancelling an appointment due to sickness, I did call her before the appointment to advise I would not be attending. They then called and changed my appointment time. I tried calling to rebook in and was told she would get back to me with an appointment then the email arrived, advising I have been blacklisted, Julie didn't even have the decency to check why I didn't attend before blacklisting me, I have been going to her for many years, disgusting behavior and very unreasonable.

I have been using Julie at Jsm as my accountant for the last few years. Not only is she professional and the service provided always impeccable she takes a genuine interest in helping people, I ask a lot of questions in regards to finances and she is more than happy to assist and guide me in the right direction.

Julie and the team have been my law firm book keepers for many years and they are outstanding. The most courteous lovely people you will deal with and Julie will without fail return my calls and always has the answers to any accounting questions.They bring a fresh change to customer service and I feel very confident in their expertise. Julie has been efficiently handling our tax returns for 3 years now. Shes informative and has given me simple record keeping solutions so that I know what to bring for my appointment. Sometimes I've had questions, I email Julie & she's always given me a prompt answer. I've recommended her to family & friends & we've all been happy with the results.

Was recommended to setup a trust by JSM, advised it wasn't too expensive to maintain and then quoted over $1000 for the yearly requirements (minutes, distributions/compliance etc) - for a total of 2 invoices in the trust, 2 payments in, 2 payments out. $330 for yearly maintenance elsewhere, JSM has gotten money hungry. The new accountant has talked me through everything over the phone. After spending thousands at JSM for share, property and personal returns and be treated like this, I will take my business elsewhere.

My husband has his taxes done every year at JSM Accounting who are always professional and the appointments are completed in a timely manner. But what keeps him going back there, is the friendly customer service. Despite only visiting their office once a year, Julie greets him like an old friend, by name and always asks about the family - also by name. It's that great service that keeps him travelling an hour to JSM Accounting every year.
