Onshore Marine

DO NOT USE these guys! They didn't do the work we asked for (only what they wanted to do) and the same issue occurred again the next day as it was doing before we engaged them. Then they didn't bother to show up to the follow up repair to fix their mistakes and forced us to pay anyway!Do not use these guys unless you want to be ripped off. Terrible terrible people working here.

Adam was amazingly helpful and you dont see this kind of service often these days, instead of 8 week wait on a part he found me a 2nd hand pulley and fitted to get us back on the water. Highly recommend

I have been a customer of theirs for a few years now and have always found them excellent. But my recent experience with them has dissapointed me they seem to not care about customer service. After a whole week of contacting them and dealing with 2 receptionists who promise that Adam will contact me ASAP to resolve my issue i still have not heard from them it is almost like thanks for the money now go away.

I would not recommend Onshore Marine, $4500.00 Gori Propeller which they installed fell off, I rang for a part number (3times) and they did not return my calls. RobertIn response to my Gori Prop that fell off, you say your team tried to reach out to us several times, we have no missed calls, voice messages or emails from Onshore Marine. We have not lost our paperwork, on our invoice number 73733A dated 25 November 2019 you only have listed Gori Prop with no part number or description, maybe with this feedback you could list the part numbers and description on your invoices for future reference. Adam and the team have been looking after a few of my boats over the years (SeaScape and SeaCup). I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the team. Adam & the team went beyond out of their way to help and advise me. Pricing was very reasonable for the job they just did on my latest boat Seacup. Thanks Guys appreciate all you have done :)

I searched for a mechanic shop from Scarborough to Runaway to replace my mercruiser engine and I have to say Adam and his team are awesome. Adam is very objective and precise on his assessment. He will tell you exactly what you need done to get your boat back in order. Prices are reasonable. No bs, no upselling just what you need and you know what... he takes his calls ;-D

We do business with Adam and his team at Onshore Marine consistently throughout the year and have done for just over two years now. We also send a lot of our customers there and trust they will recieve the same service we do.Additionally they are the only authorized Mercury Dealer & Mechanical workshop in Horizon Shores Marina, which has proven to be very helpful on multiple occasions.

The staff at Onshore are lovely and competent. Adam though, is a complete porkchop, who I would not trust with a lawnmower. Horrible work. Zero communication. Debt collectors were called but he never had a case. Completely unprofessional. As a result I have installed cameras on my boat.As per your response below Adam I extended the olive branch at the time to open discussions and negotiate a circumstance suitable to both parties. You chose to call a debt collector instead, which as mentioned, went no where and only succeeded in embarrassing yourself. I have zero desire to reenlist your services in any way. Twice was bad enough.

Simply the best mechanic at the Horizon Shores Marina. They have save me on a few occasions and last weekend was no different. Where others will say, I can look at it next week. Adam realises very quickly that he can put you back on the water within a couple of hours, he will prioritise your job and get it done. He has indeed done this for me in the past and I'm very grateful for the help and service that onshore provides.

We have been getting Adam to service our Mustang 28 for four years and we highly recommend his business. We have a Mercury inboard and whether it be a regular service or an newly identified issue, Adam is always there for us, completing everything required in a very professional, timely fashion and often taking that extra step. When you invest your hard earned money into a boat you want to be totally comfortable with the people who you are relying on to keep your boat running well and safe for your passengers. Adam does this to the highest standard! Do yourself a favour and give Adam and the crew at Onshore Marine a try; you will be thrilled with the outcome.
