I've bought here a few times. While they don't mind helping a non tradie it's really obvious it is just for tradies and they don't really want anyone else except for the bathroom business which wants the normal folk. When you want some pipe they always want to know which of the different options you want. You'll get what you need in the end but you'll feel like you know nothing. They'll order in custom roofing stuff and can get a hot water service quickly.

Went in there looking to reduce a 40mm pipe to 25mm. Staff didn't even measure it or try to help. Sent me on my way. I had to stop at bunnings pakenham for something else, checked the plumbing section and they had what I was looking for. What a shame I had to drive for an hour to get basic plumbing supplies when I live near a reece plumbing.
