I have been dealing with the team at Professionals Cairns Beaches for many years now and can highly recommend their services as well as their knowledge of the area.I would have no doubt recommending them to family and friends.

I've used them twice before... and as a tenant in their properties they would seem very structured and on the ball but it's all automatic systems, some with contradicting information in their contracts eg. You pay for water, you don't pay for water, it's fitted with water saving appliances, it's not.They put the rent up (normal) and ask for rental contracts to be resigned 3 months in advance, but fail to respond to mantainance requests and often goes unanswered.I am yet to receive a response from them about having a TV and phone cable put in since Dec 2022. It was advertised as nbn connection and they knew I worked from home and I can't even connect to the internet or watch standard TV.When they do maintenance on the place for things you haven't requested, they fail to inform you as a tenant and their contractors just turn up at your doorstep or give you a call 15mins prior to arrival.My previous experience with them as a tenant (in between living in my own home) I had not that much of a better experience, having to take the property owners to court for refusal to replace the air-conditioning over 8months (inc summer months) in Cairns - yes you need air-conditioning in Cairns. Professionals ended up eventually replacing the air-conditioning after months and they ended up loosing out as the owner ended up going to a new realestate agent.
