My mother in law purchased the so called 'Luxury Apartment' last year. The definition of Luxury is a state of great comfort or elegance

Stayed in the hotel last night and ordered a superior king room and had already pre booked online for one king bed. I first got a room with two separate single beds and had to call the reception and go back down to grab keys for a different room. Then I was supposedly given a room with one king bed. Then later realised they have put two beds together and called it one bed. Nights sleep was extremely uncomfortable due to this. Also, the room was not cleaned at all. Bed rests, curtains, chairs and the toilet had stains all over. I would not go back due to hygiene reasons. The cleaners should be doing a proper job and also the hotel staff does not seem to care about the clients satisfaction.

These apartments are advertised as as Luxury but my mother in law just moved in to a two bedroom apartment in stage 1 and gobsmacked to find there is only ONE power point in the kitchen. What an absolute joke! The kitchen is therefore NOT fit for purpose. How can you have a new kitchen in this day and age that has only one power point? Once you have plugged in your kettle and toaster there is no accommodation for food processor, coffee machine, microwave, juicer etc etc. VERY poor planning on behalf of the developer.

Settling a luxury apartment should be a joy, however our experience has been nothing but stress when the so called ‘luxury’ apartment was being delivered in a totally unacceptable format with a few material changes impacting several major areas of the property which we were never made aware of before the pre-settlement inspection.Not only the vendor refused to acknowledge the significance of these changes, but also they were extremely dishonest during the negotiation. They proposed two alternative apartments for us to look at which were allegedly the same price as the one we entered contract with, however we found out one of them was evidently $70,000 cheaper.Legal proceeding is underway, despite the fact that after almost 22 months the vendors still haven’t been able to provide any piece of evidence or expert report to support that they have a case. They are trying everything to delay the proceeding and claiming that they will fight us to the end just to make it hard for us to get our money back.Shame on the vendors!

The concept for this building is great but the finished product is far from what was promised when purchasing. The ducted vacuum just disappeared oh sorry"

No clear signage.No emergency plans in place. If you require an ambulance or emergency services, they won’t be able to find you or access the building.No garbage chutes.Not worth the the money!!

This Oros hotel an apartment is not worth the money you pay. It’s the little things that these people don’t understand that makes someone’s stay comfortable.. I’ll never stay here again an for the apparent 4 an a half stars ur bloody dreaming

The property come with amazing view and it would be a perfect fit for our lifestyles. Its position is close to public transport for us and provides a smooth, easy drive to work. The amenities are a welcome addition that we were blown away by and would love to make full use of. The atmosphere and security of the building made us feel right at home. Most of all the apartment went above and beyond our expectations, giving us a feeling that this apartment was tailor-made for us.
