CorePlus Ascot Vale - Pilates Yoga Reformer

CorePlus is a fitness sanctuary. Never have I needed less motivation to get up at 5:30am for a 6am class. From walking through the door, it feels like I am honouring myself and committing time to myself in a welcoming, friendly and calm environment.The mat workouts are in a hot room and that heat feels like a comforting hug. Ultimate sweat sessions yet with the ability to dial it back where needed or ramp it up with heavier weights. Each teacher brings their own style of workout, their own playlists and their own energy. Love that part!! And the grounding breath work at the end..the ultimate send off.Reformer is cooler for one, challenging in a different way and a much smaller class so you can move slower and really focus on smaller muscle groups. A great balance with the hot mat.Thank you to Bridie, Ward and the team of incredible trainers. So grateful to have found CorePlus ❤️

CorePlus Ascot Vale has literally changed my life. This might sound extreme to some however when I joined a few years ago, never did I think that this Pilates studio was going to become such a huge part of my life. Earlier this year I recovered from a major health scare and the team at CorePlus AV were there to support me in my recovery and eventually I was able to get back on the mat. Classes at CorePlus were a part of my hospital rehabilitation program and my medical team were amazed at my progress post discharge. This year I have celebrated my 23rd Heart Transplant Anniversary and I know that CorePlus AV has had a large role to play in making sure my cardiac health has been optimal over the past few years. You couldn’t ask for a more inclusive, welcoming and wholistic Pilates and reformer studio - so a big thank you to Bridie and Ward for creating this incredible space and for creating such a wonderful, warm and passionate community in Ascot Vale.

This studio is absolutely amazing. The space is sparkling clean and beautiful, the instructors are lovely, fun and energetic (they play good tunes for class too!) and the other members are all very friendly and welcoming.The best part about the classes is that they cater for all abilities with options for the more seasoned attendees and easier options to take for days when you just aren’t feeling it or want a bit of a rest.I love making time for myself and visiting Core Plus Ascot Vale as part of my routine!

My most genuine thank you to Bridie, Ward, and the CorePlus team for keeping me and my husband on the journey of health and fitness throughout the past 2+ years. We always feel refreshed after a session at CorePlus. I remember those days when my husband and I came to the studio exhausted from the day of work and felt completely energised after a night’s hot mat or yoga sesh. CorePlus has also supported my journey to become a mum last year through the Pre-natal reformer classes. It kept me strong throughout my pregnancy (working out till Week 39!) and I also met some mum friends there. :) Now I’m six months postpartum and am so happy to be back in the hot room. :)I have been meaning to write this review ages ago. Thanks so much again for doing such a great work for the community.

I stumbled upon CorePlus Ascot Vale last June, and 9 months after I am still attending their classes. It isn't easy to find a studio that motivates you to move, to get stronger. The vibe, energy from instructors are on point- I dread rolling out of bed in the morning, when I'm in class I may have swore few times in my head, but after class when we unwind on the mat- that's why I'm here in class, I feel amazing!Definitely one of my favorites!

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. As soon as I walked into the studio I was welcomed by smiling faces and immediately felt at ease. Bridie and Ward are absolute professionals and are very kind people. It abundantly clear all staff are passionate about the industry and love what they do. I am so glad I have found this place. The studio itself is kept in immaculate condition and is exceptionally clean and tidy. I have only been going for a month and have already seen results with my strength and endurance. I'm excited for what my long term results will be.

Thanks to the team at CorePlus Ascot Vale! The team always deliver a variety of amazing and really challenging reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, Yoga & soothing Yin classes. The studio has such a lovely community vibe and the owners & instructors are always so welcoming, friendly, helpful and highly professional. The studio is stunning.....spacious, clean and beautifully designed with top-notch equipment. Classes are challenging, pumping with brilliant music and have a high energy that makes each class fun & addictive!

I cannot speak highly enough of CorePlus Ascot Vale. I have been attending classes for a while now and love the warm and welcoming environment that Bridie and Ward along with the other instructors have created. I love Bridie's words of encouragement and motivation to help get me through her cardio classes along with the pumping music, especially at 6am, and Ward's gentle reminder to keep breathing. As owners I find them very approachable, accommodating and always up for a chat and a laugh which just adds to the whole positive vibes that this studio represents. They have created a beautiful community which I am so happy to be a part of it.
