Cheap and cheerful, with a pinch of laziness on the communication skills. Got the job done but their customer support skills could be a little bit better. The owner seems to have a low care factor, which is irritating when as a customer you want the best job done. Then again, its hard to find a sparky that is semi-reliable the best of times. Fair on $$.
