Since this place was taken over by new management coming here has been a completely different experience. For one thing the treatments (IPL) are actually working! And no more issues with making appointments - before the times were constantly getting mixed up. Definitely recommend.

The staff here are amazing! They put you at ease and the whole experience is quick and pain free. I should have done laser treatment so much sooner! Can't recommend advanced dermal institute enough!!

Do not go here. The machines don't work. It kept stopping and heating up. The technician made lame excuses about why it wasn't working, left half my leg undone. On top of this the new owner is rude. This place is no longer managed like it was. I had a terrible experience. I want my money back. I had 3 sessions left and I will not return here. What a waste.

The staff at this establishment are all so kind and caring. They check in regularly around your experience during your treatment and are very open to feedback. The establishment is clean, comfortable and inviting. I’ve had good results so far and am excited to see the end results!
