I would like to say a very big thankyou to Michael Smith for the exceptional service my family and I received when we recently purchased our family car from him.Michael is a quality human being who was born to be in sales. He would have to be one of the best sales people we have ever met to be quite honest.We approached a few dealerships (Including Porsche Willoughby) and were really dissapointed in the lack of service and the arrogance of the sales people. Their poor ethic and zero follow up is unacceptable. If they were my staff....they would be terminated from employment.Michael from the start was extremely polite, respectful, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond for us. His follow up was excellent and never aggressive. He has a sixth sense as to when to contact you and when to give you time to think about how you wish to proceed with your purchase.What we really appreciated about Michael was that he was an authentic human being, humble, kind, honest, patient and great with my little babies (17 month old and 4 yr old).
