Don't waste your time and money by servicing your ebikes in big showrooms. Your friendly neighbourhood home based ebike expert is more than enough. If honesty, integrity, expertise, quick turn around time and top notch service is what you are looking for then look no further than Mr. Clemens. I would vouch for his services and transparent payment terms. He doesn't charge you for diagnosing the problem, he only charges for the time taken to actually service the bike which is fair and just. He quickly found that my bike had a simple problem of a loosely connecting wire when I was assuming the fault could be worse in the controller / motor / battery. He sorted out the prob in a jiffy and I was back on the wheels in no time. Thanks Mr. Clemens.

He has always made himself available to answer any other questions I've had along the way. I had an issue with the bike and he stayed on the phone with me and talked me through the troubleshooting and we got it going again.
