Future Cargo Broker ANDREW from Sydney isn't real true Business preson. Very Rude,Aggressive No matter .I had very very Bad experinced recently in Dec 2022. I sent 40ft Container and paid ANDREW $15,800AUD into his FUTURE CARGO account for Melbourne, Australia to Monrovia, LiberiaHe refused to pay shipping line until container arrive at destination stay in storage for over 3weeks.ANDREW Blocked my calls not to contact him.... My families and Friends make calls to him regarding release on daily basisDon't even try sending container at lowest $1

In the week before Christmas December 2022 Andrew at Future Cargo rang me to Transport shipping containers. He offered me above the normal freight rate to use my sideloader as he was desperate to have containers moved over the Christmas period. I accepted and completed 4 container moves. Future Cargo are refusing to pay, Andrew refuses to take phone calls . I do not recommend using this company as i believe they are untrustworthy

Unprofessional. Be very cautious dealing with Future Cargo. I phoned him politely twice to enquire and had my third call hung up on and phone number blocked.Really strange behaviour by Andrew. I tried to be as polite as possible but to no effect. He said delay in documents due to his personal reasons"

Andrew from Future cargo has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Our journey started in Brisbane where I purchased a 40ftHC from Future cargo at a great price, we packed our own container and Future cargo have done the rest. Phone calls are answered or returned promptly, everything has happened as we were told it would and our goods will be at our destination before us. We got a super price on insurance, altogether we saved a bundle and got superior service. I highly recommend Future cargo to anyone looking to buy containers and/or ship goods internationally.Justin Steves

Excellent Service, far exceeded our expectations. Everything arrived as and when it should have, pick up arranged and completed without a hitch.
