Found myself locked out of my house on a Friday evening. Troy arrived within 10 minutes and had the lock fixed in no time. Efficient, friendly service. Very well priced for out-of-hours. Greatly appreciated!

One evening, I found myself with an unhinged front screen door and a faulty front door lock which meant double trouble because I was faced with an unlocked home. After my call to Burnside Locksmiths, Troy had no hesitation in making an emergency call-out visit. He was prompt and in a short time, he replaced the front door lock and provided 2 new keys. He saved me a lot of trouble that evening. A few days later, he also returned and repaired the front screen door with 3 new hinges and a new lock. He is efficient and competent in his workmanship and very much a professional in his field. Both doors are now in perfect working order and I've never felt more secure.
