You might show up for lunch and get turned away. They said simply they were too busy with phone orders to take anyone else. I think management should ensure they have staff to actually honor their business hours.

Subremely average. No hand sanitiser. Drinks station was leaking. Sub maker forgot to ask to toast, but was very nice about it. Was out of breads that we wanted (wheat and rye).

The food is usually fresh, but i am very disappointed on the tiny portion sizes in my salad bowl each and every time i visit, to have a standard size portion meal, so i am not left hungry, i have to request more portions and pay extra charge each time, not happy, otherwise most service staff are quick and friendly, more variety of milk drinks would be appreciated too.LOVE THAT SUBWAY IS IN ROXBY DOWNS.

The food is amazing but the staff is questionable.Some of the Roxby Downs staff have recorded themselves on TikTok running along the floor on their hands and feet. Others have filmed TikTok dances in the back rooms and shared photos of them making rude jestures to the camera.

I just got 2 classic chicken and they have given me the bread which is not even toast.! And the staff was very rude, they didn’t even respond properly and they laughed on me and my friends face. It was very very embarrassing.! Also we are never going to buy anything from subway.! The staff doesn’t know how to treat the customer.! Worst service.!

can always spot a fly or 2 in one of the containers coz they never put lids back on when they're done with the item.have seen staff playing with dough and throwing it around at each other,rude and disinterested staff that don't have a brain cell between them,list goes on....

I ordered 4 subs and it took so long that people behind me were passing. They stuffed up the order even though I had to keep saying it was wrong. Even the person in charge was there and seen that one of the subs was wrong but just laughed and walked off. They were poorly cut, cold and not very enjoyable. This will only be a last option when eating out. This place wouldn't survive in a bigger city.

Absolutely filthy dirty would not order/eat there. Olm8 had gloves on but uses the same gloves to answer the phone operate the till take cash etc.. at least his hands are protected. Council need to have a look at their food handling yuk.
