The Manager on duty at Bounce Glen Iris last night was exceptional ! We had a large group of 18 kids and she and her team looked after us exceptionally well. Great clean facility, safe, good food, well prepared, brought out in timely manner, good value tickets package, and hassle free/nothing was a problem type of attitude made for a great night ! Many thanks !

My Kids, 5 and 10 years old, had a lot of fun.We have visited Bounce Glen Iris several times and they are always happy to visit again.They enjoy the variety of jumping experiences, which cater to a range of abilities.They feel a sense of achievement from challenging themselves.The staff are fantastic and always helpful.The venue is clean and well maintained.

This is my second time at Bounce, I bring my friends boys, and they love coming here. As support worker I also brought my 12 year old client along with the boys, all 3 loved it and we are planning on coming back soon

Great staff, especially one of the guy on the floor was encouraging and engaging with kids (staff in general was great from reception to elsewhere). The flexibility and understanding for one child pulling out sick with a credit for another occasion with no hassle was great. Highly recommended!

Everything was very easy. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We had two parties together - over 30 crazy kids - and nothing was a problem for your team! Amazing! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Bounce at Glen Iris serves up the expected entertainment.We made a booking during school holidays. The checkin process was overly slow due to only one person being on the counter. (Come on Team Bounce - you have a good idea of how many bookings and what school holidays dish up!).Having said that the place is clean and service friendly enough.The Cafe is MIA.4 stars.

Both my boys loved the variety of equipment available, especially in the X-Park area! There was plenty of staff, who were all friendly and fairly enforced the rules. The Wi-Fi was fast and facilities were generally clean, although the toilets could have benefited from more attention.We will be returning here when we visit Melbourne annually. Thanks for the fantastic experience!

I had my sons birthday party here. The host was lovely and the kids had a great time! An extra person showed up than I was expecting and it was quickly sorted out by the friendly staff upstairs who were more than happy to help!
