Firstly, the short hair female manager was very rude. Secondly, the take away box was so poorly made that pieces of paper from the box were sticking to my dumplings.

The most amazing Asian food in Adelaide! The host takes a while to warm up to you but she was great after I spoke a few Cantonese words to her. Delicious dumplings, green beans with minced pork, egg fried rice and honey chicken. We visit often and cannot get enough. Definitely order the 18 fried dumplings - soooo good. Highly recommend. @kirbystaltari

Wonderful food and fantastic service. We came with full and thinking of a light snack, however after tasting some items in the menu, we went for more. Have to visit again to experience many more items on the menu!!!

Excellent quality dumplings and lightening fast service. 1 very efficient waitress covered the entire restaurant. Tea was outstanding quality. Dumplings and condiments were great. Well suited to larger groups. Big portions.

Decent place but the waiter got the order wrong. I found the ticking method very confusing and we even went over and checked what we ordered. 2 dishes were replaced and 1 dish was completely missing. One dish was cold. Cold chicken. I do not know if it was meant to taste like it did, but it was not pleasant. The deserts were the only thing I genuinely enjoyed. Dumplings were nice but not outstanding. Will not be coming back

Dumpling City are the best dumplings we’ve found in Adelaide to date. Service is always quick and easy. You have to try the dumplings. From what we understand you can’t make a booking but we’ve never had to wait too long for a seat. It’s our favourite and we can’t wait to get back soon!

Pleasantly surprised. Place was very busy, and you can see why, the dumplings definitely the highlight of the place. It's really fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.We also ordered salt and pepper squid and duck fried rice, both were also excellent. Will definitely come back to try the rest of the dishes. Keep up the good work. Suggest to book a table in advance, as it can be hard to get a table.

Pan fried dumplings are the best here. Crispy bottom done right with juicy fillings. Fish dumpling got bit too fishy, would recommend going for the pork ones. Fried > steamed. Laksa was not as tasty, flavour too mild and seems but diluted.. But serving size is decent.

Food was average.The only seafood in the Sizzling Seafood tofu dish were prawns.Pan fried dumplings could have been left on the pan a little longer for the extra crispness but were well presented.Table cloth made the place feel fancy, however I don't think it's required.

Surprisingly large amount of great reviews from local guides for this low standard restaurant. Guess the owner could have paid for those good reviews.Poor customer service from an Asian lady — not sure if she treats every ethnicity the same.Diarrhoea suffering after having the food.Don’t recommend this restaurant.
