Extremely upset and disappointed with Tiffany and the way she runs her business, I have been a loyal customer supporting her business going to her for over a year, when I noticed she stuck some of the nails on crooked I told her and her response was “ I don’t care I can’t fix it “ she then continued to finish my nails not fixing the crooked ones and didn’t speak to me when it was time to pay I asked to book another appointment I decided to still go to her even after she was rude she then turned around and said “ if you don’t like the way I do nails why come here “ she was rude AGAIN so I had enough and walked out, I pay nearly $100 I don’t get it done for free I’m a paying customer I have a right to say if I’m not happy with the nails and it’s her job to fix it but she doesn’t respect loyal customers. Her top coat nail polish also made my hot pink nails turn black and my nails had bubbles in them she did a rushed job

We've been going to Glamour Nails monthly for about 12 months now and I can't speak highly enough of the team. They provide a fantastic service, they are reliable and do great quality work. They are accommodating and always make sure that we feel comfortable. Such a fantastic find, and love supporting local.

I’ve been seeing Tiffany for a year and HIGHLY recommend her to anybody. She is extremely friendly, provides a clean environment and she matches the photos I show her every time. I’ve never walked out upset and will NEVER go anywhere else. If I could give more stars I would. ❤️

Need to improve the way you talk with customers. Not all are familiar with nail arts and when asked, its your responsibility to help them. Or atleast tell to book an appointment and assure to help. The lady who was answering was not even patient to answer and cant even book without knowing what I want even when I said that I am new to this. Pathetic service!! Without even going there, I can say there customer service is worst.

No one can beat Tiffany’s talent. I have always had best experience on every visit of mine. Highly recommend.PS: Make sure you book her in advance, at least 1-2 weeks before.

By far the best nails I've ever had. Tiffany is so lovely. So professional. Beautiful designs. I won't be going anywhere else for my nails from now on.

To whoever owns this shop I've got to let you know, I have never seen such a high concentration of low IQ women like there is in this shop, in my entire life! I get it, we are not all born to be smart, but at least have the decency to treat a customer with respect and listen to what they have to say rather than laughing at them when they tell you you something you can not understand. At least try to understand or pretend that you understand. Laughing and bullying is really not the way! I went in there and asked for ombre nails. Lady who did my nails insisted I have no tip on my natural nail when I repeatedly told her I have a tip and she needs to take it off. She started laughing, which was quite shocking and confronting to see, then she called other 2 women that had a look at my nails, chattering and laughing in their own language( so disrespectful!) They all concluded I have no tip! I tried to make them all understand what it really happened to my nails explaining that when I last had them done the lady who did it preserved the acrylic tip and that particular tip was used twice, without being taken off my nail! For that reason, my actual real nail became really fine and brittle and really merged with the acrylic tip, yes to the extent that you could not really see it anymore. But that doesn't mean that there was no tip , particularly when I have tried so hard to explain. Even if I was not right however, please try to refrain yourself from laughing and humiliating the customer, you really forget that you do not live in a third world country anymore. It is hard to see in this very bad resolution photo but if you try, you can clearly see the line at the half of the nail, you can see where the real nail joins with the acrylic tip. Also, far as I know, and last time I checked, I have no dementia yet, I'm only young you know... and I think I would know and still remember how my real nails look like and how they normally grow. Worst experience ever!

Yesterday I went with my sister and mum to get our nails done. The service was absolutely WONDERFUL! Tiffany was so nice and welcoming. I personally would love to come back and do my nails again in the future. Thank you so much for doing my nails!
