The centre is well maintained. Never seen an issue with litter. It's normally fairly busy, with peak times being all booked. Has online booking system which is convenient. The badminton ship is decent and carries everything you need at normal prices. Courts are quite good with good lighting. I rarely get blinded by the lights when playing. Toilets are normally clean and includes showers tooStaff normally friendly enough. The hall could benefit from better aircon system as it gets very humid on hot days. There are also no socials organised here as it's already so busy that the owners don't need to organise socials.

Courts are good, but customer service is very bad.. always the reception guy is in personal calls.. he don’t have time to listen to us as well..

Disgusting service. Don't waste your time here. We booked a court and were told we could hire rackets. When we rocked up, we were told there were no rackets available. Seemed like their priority was to have all courts prepaid and booked in advance, when they knew there was a chance we weren't able to get rackets. Was told they only had 6 rackets for hire. It would've been nice and be warned beforehand.Drove 30mins to get there. No refund provided. No sympathy. Didn't even look us in the eye when talking to us. His phone seemed to be more important. Never had I encountered such rude customer service before.

This 1 star is for the person who owns the court.We play there pretty regularly during the day. Firstly they don’t turn on the lights to even the lighting during the game. They turn on the lights for the single court which we book only. When we use any adjacent court where there are not lights to practise (like hit and practise etc) they watch this in the cc tv and ask the service person to charge for that court.When your so concerned about people using an empty or unused space during non peak hours why not turn on the lights for them to play and then charge the same?We have seen alottttt of people bringing kids and even during the day time lots of other people playing games on an unused court without lights they were not picked up. This is happening to us who play 7 days a week at this court.Charges were increased which is fine the quality of the court is not. And these rules which doesn’t make sense. Put a flyer with these rules for everyone’s knowledge.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a staff member at the BTTC badminton centre named John, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with his humble and down-to-earth nature. He went above and beyond to help me with my lost shoes and racket, showing genuine concern and empathy.But it wasn't until yesterday that I truly saw John's true character shine through. A customer was injured, and John immediately sprang into action, treating the person as if they were a family member. He literally held the injured person's leg and provided comfort and support until medical assistance arrived.When I asked John if I could help in any way, he simply replied, Just treat me like family." His kindness and compassion left a lasting impression on me

The owners of the court is so money minded… we ladies are booking and playing regularly during day time… most of the time the courts are totally empty and all the lights are off… only the lights are on for the booked court other courts are in dark when we just having a hit in dark court they are saying you can enter any other court other than the court you booked even though the lights are off … I never saw anywhere like that we have been playing in so many other places also … I would not recommend BTTC truganina to others until the owners changed their mindset

The place stinks, no circulation, 80 people playing closely with no exhaust or air circulation system. It's an acre long warehouse full of body odour.I would keep this as last resort, I complained at the reception about the smell, but doesn't looks like he is going invest any money in it.

Terrible customer service. Booked a court and didn't give us a straight answer regarding the amount of racquets available for hire. Showed up to find out they're all unavailable and we now couldn't play. Wouldn't even offer us a refund or even the common courtesy of an apology. Would never come again.
