Greencross Vets Tanilba Bay
Took my cat there. Did a physical and a urine test. The vet told me they didn't find anything and charged me $117.Spoke with another vet who looked at the same results and found a problem and suggested blood test.She has kidney failure.....Thanks for NOT picking up the problem with her urine tests and charging me for it.Vet seemed like she wanted her in and out. Will not be back.Cant give 0 stars so you get 1

All the staff are lovely and friendly, my dog loves going to see them for his check ups etc. He's always so excited to see them, so I trust his judgment.

They are lovely but!!!!I needed a little help with a lost cat and I was very stressed at that particular time as it turned out one of there friends helped immensely and a good result in a happy ending but!!!!they could I'm sure and I offered to pay come around the block and microchip HER!!as it turned out . So now I should give them 5stars BUT AT THE TIME I WAS A MESS !! By chance alone a stranger helped me.Thank you!!!

Always friendly and helpful. Had my toddler with me once and the receptionist even kept him busy, so that I could get my dog quickly vaccinated. Lovely staff!

Extremely expensive surgery costs compared to other local veterinary hospitals, office staff is nice but not impressed with the vets who work there. Id give zero stars if i could.

The best vets in Port Stephens. Ruby or cat and Clayton our Bichon are never stressed going there. Staff are consistently welcoming to them. Good advice always and part of Healthy Pets Plus.
