Miss smokemart so much, after working there and even as a customer the service I am provided by my old co worker and close friend Vicky, is unmatched by anyone else I’ve been served by. I cannot stress this enough, if you want excellent service and a good laugh please come in and enjoy.

I went there just now with my friend.Just stepped in and she was screaming at us saying 'We are closed' and arrogantly rolled her eyes to us.I thought my friend knew her so the lady was joking but no she didn't know the lady.How can someone be so rude with customer?She could say sorry we are closed instead.Rudest lady ever seen.Never going back there.Arrogant lady

This review is for the man who had longish hair, amazing facial hair and appreciated the many compliments I gave him. He was very accomodating with me as a first time vaper and helped a lot with my purchase.

We have been to this place many times and have been served well. We went in there yesterday and met this lady who was very rude and arrogant to us and was in a rush to close the shop, there were two other people in there and that person came in after us, she made us wait and serve them first, we didn’t really think much about this and continued discussing about the clearance sale going on amongst ourselves. Once she was done serving everyone, then she comes to us and says ‘Do you all know how to speak in English’ and then says ‘I assumed you all don’t because you were mumbling something in your language earlier about me’. First of all she was indirectly being racist and then assumed that we were talking about her..when we didn’t even know her. I was really embarrassed in front of my friends as I had asked them to come to this shop with me because I love the stuff y’all provide. It’s just sad to see the way she dealt and communicated with us.

The tall blond hair guy has no sense of customer service very rude and obnoxious. Some deodorant and a shave might improve he's mood.

Vicki is the most humble and helpful lady I’ve come across in a store. You helped me with my wild 2year old and showed him so much love while I was looking around in store and was very helpful with everything I neededWould rate 10 stars if there was option for more then just 5 stars❤️❤️❤️

Hi Smokemart management, I have attended this store a few times now and every time Vicky is on she is so helpful and cheerful I can’t help but leave the store with a smile. She is such a positive person her mood is infectious and inspirational. She is an asset to the company. Great customer service by Vicky, went in store to get a replacement coil for my vape, they didn’t have it unfortunately but she helped me get a new aegus geek vape, I didnt know too much about vapes but she helped me with every question I had. If you ever need any information about these types of products, dollars to donuts she will know. She helped me pick what juices to choose and I’m now I am obsessed with Sydney vape co, but just walking in to find a coil and coming out with a new vape, a box of juice and a smile on my face, Vicky is a priceless member to this company and should be appreciated. I wish her well and I hope to see her next time I go in.
