the staff and dentists at this practise are always extremely helpful and do the best to accommodate appointment times. The dentists are very professional and make you feel very relaxed. Makes visiting the dentist a pleasant experience.

Dr Malone was incredibly supportive, encouraging and had impeccable ‘bedside manner’ and professionalism. I have an anxiety disorder so attending the dentist can be an overwhelming experience, but her attentiveness and reassurance made the experience bearable. Would absolutely recommend, very thorough.

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, from the reception desk to the dentist's chair. Procedures were explained to me without me having to ask. Nothing but good things to say about my last appointment at DB Dental Innaloo.

I have been going to DB dental for a couple years now and the service is nothing short of incredible. The girls in reception are always very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Carmel who goes above and beyond with her customer service skills and efficiency, she genuinely cares about delivering a good service, and it’s very apparent when you interact with her.The dentist I see - David is also excellent, he is very thorough and informative when explaining procedures and takes the time to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease at all times.All in all an excellent experience and I’m grateful to have found a quality dental practice.

Such a shame you have such a rude receptionist. The dentists were all lovely but not worth staying with them when you get treated so rudely. There are so many dental clinics in the area.We have been going for over a year now with my whole family, but husband also had a bad experience with the rude receptionist. She is still there.I don't usually review clinics but as the unprofessional manner in which you are treated is constant and spanning multiple visits, it is clear it will not change.

Unprofessional service! They are after money, the guy did not do anything and took $250, and ask us to come next time and it is shame on them to sent stupid reminder for appointment. I recommend better not to visit them!

Had a tooth ache whilst on site for two weeks . Made a booking and was confirmed by text . Went into reception to reconfirm the day before . All confirmed . Arrived at the allocated time for appointment no appointment .Had to fly out the following day they asked me to come back tomorrow. 5 weeks on pain . Funny they Db dental has a penalty for not showing up , but no compensation for their own mistakes.
