Rude self checkout guy, I was trying to ask to be served at the counter for my hat and my voucher but he wouldn’t let me speak. Kept repeating himself and talking over me about paying for a hat at the self checkout first when I needed help at the counter. I didn’t even get to speak/ask to be served at a counter or get help for my voucher because he was so stuck on the hat. He kept repeating “pay first at checkout and then I’ll take the security tag off” it was as if he thought I was going to steal it. I didn’t get to use my voucher because of his attitude towards me. I don’t understand why I wasn’t allowed to be served at the counter and denied service. There were other people at the counter getting served.

Served by Riley at the service desk and he was very helpful and gave amazing customer service!

Nice Place to buy but needs more staff

The manager at oxenford needs to lose her job,the abuse i got because my order was not ready after 24hr and i was getting mad and said i would go and get the 2 items and bring to her i was told that if i did the police would be called as thats theft. sorry but i paid for them so how is it theft. was told that the workers dont do click and collect somebody comes in to do them.from now on i tell everyone shop with big w at least you get your stuff with in a few hrs of paying . and for the love of god clean the shelves you can never find anything hire a few people to do over night work at least then the next day customers will find what they need and feel more welcome

An employee ran into my child 7 yr old with a stock trolley as he was coming out of an isle. It was an accident but instead of apologising or offering first aid she repeatedly said that's what happens when you run around. We were in the store for less then 1 minute when it happened. I was in shock and I was the only one asking if he was okay, she walked off. Later on she approached me asking if he was okay, when I said 'I don't appreciate how you handled it, not once did you apologise' then she cut me off replied argumentively saying 'he was running all through the store up and down' which was a complete lie! When we arrived we all walked straight to the isle, then she proceeded to argue with me. Refused to give me her name and walked off saying she had reported it managment when I had spoken to management before and they had no idea and were looking for her. All she had to do was say sorry instead made things worse. Also who speaks like that to a child, it's like when someone hits someone and says you ran into my fist, (not how it works). NO she ran my child over with a stock trolley because she was not checking the isles and wasnt walking slowly, instead she was rushing past with a massive stock trolley. It could of happened to anyone who isn't tall enough to see around a blind corner such as people in wheel chairs, dwarfs etc. I wouldn't be upset if she acted like a decent human. And to approach me after and still not apologise. Disgusting I will never ever return, my son was hurt and had marks on him, he was holding his arm in shock.She has blonde hair long middle aged, lia, Lila, Leah one of those names. Will never ever return to this store again.People like her shouldn't work in retail or be near kids at all. Someone who is stable wouldn't act like she did, I would drug test her because her behaviour was shocking and scary!

Went in the holidays just recently, my kids saved up all their pocket money so it was supposed to be a fun shop. Our checkout was not working properly so the kmart guy kept having to come fix it, he got grumpy about it and made us all feel uncomfortable. We were the only people there as it was early. His stroppy attitude intimidated my young kids. As we left the store I told the lady at the exit and she laughed saying that' s just him. Pretty slack. CHANGE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS DIRTY.

Son went online and purchased a 85cm bladeless fan click an collect they had in stocks they took his money and when he went in to pick it up with his support worker they had none in stocks and now it's going to take 5 days to refund his money they couldn't even organise to get the available fan at oxenford on the way home to Brisbane

not happy jan. I ordered photos at 5:30pm for the one hour service and wasn’t informed they would be shutting early at 6pm even thought online it says they shut at 9pm as it is Thursday late night shopping. Went back to collect my photos and they were closed, no notification or call to let me know that I wouldn’t be able to collect them. I’ll have go out of my way to get them now and I paid extra for the one hour service when I could’ve paid less for next day service. really disappointed Kmart, really disappointed :(

So sick of your ridiculous centre store checkout system and line up to get out to prove you made a purchase. Replace your cash registers and checkout staff. Your company, like others is a joke.

Great range of items, sadly there was very little staff and those that I did find werent very helpful and looked as if they were just wanting to leave. Other than that the overall experience was good.
