Had an appointment booked. Tried calling them twice, SMS'd to confirm appointment. No answering of either phone calls, no reply to SMS. Attended on the day. Sign in waiting room says to take a seat and someone will be with you shortly. Waited for 45 minutes to find that they were closed and not even on the premises. Re booked another appointment, this time they were on the premises. Waited for 20 minutes to find that they did not have an appointment for me at the scheduled time.

Well I need your help for my breathing at night so with the help of your equipment I'm able to have a good night sleep so thankyou for that, however with the help of Samara from your Gawler East shop I have had the best experience in finding the perfect fitting breathing mask, Samara really worked in with us, in trying to find the correct mask, so personally Samara I would like to thank you for being so understanding, friendly and helpful really appreciated.
