Very disappointed with the customer service which i find very rude, demeaning and condescending. Bought a Hoover steam mop in May last year, was never happy with the purchase as mop leaves floor hazy, steam mop stops working , so took it back to them , they were happy for me to trade in and buy a $1,400 'German mop instead

Went into the store today. Dipesh was at the front counter and was extremely helpful. Was able to give solid recommendations based on our preferences. He was very patient and understanding.Ended up buying what we needed in store.

Came in just to check out their sales and walked out with the best investment as far as vacuums go and at an unbeatable deal. The guy helping us, Yubraj, was the BEST. To be honest, he’s the reason I’m giving this 5 star review. Firstly, he’s a great and honest salesperson. He initially sold us one of his Hoover vacuums, it was the best value for money model in the entire store. He gave us a very good discounted price and we were happy so we bought it. We were also interested in the Roombas but he told us that even the most expensive robot vacuums aren’t very good or strong. But then I was asking about the best vacuum in the whole store just to compare with our recently purchased Hoover and he led us to the Wertheim 7 Series Ultimate Vacuum Cleaner. He gave us a demonstration with it where he proved 1000% without a doubt that it is the best vacuum cleaner in the whole world, and that it is even better and stronger than commercial vacuums and even popular brands with strong motors like Dyson. I mean this vacuum is insane. It will literally make your carpet brand new and suck up any and ALL dust and dirt from the very fibres of the carpet itself and even UNDERNEATH the carpet. I was so impressed with it I immediately wanted to buy it even though it was costly, it seemed worth it. The initial price was $1499 but since my mum was with us, she wanted it too and so we asked if we could have it further discounted. Basically, he gave us the best discounts for an amazing vacuum, some freebies on the side and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this Godfreys.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.If i could give no stars i would.Purchased a vaccum 3 weeks ago and took is back as it is defective, only to be pulled to the front of the store, away from other customers and whispered to so no one heard what was said.When we showed the defect we were told, we were wrong, no one ever complains. When explaining that we are complaining about the product now and requested a refund as the machine was not performing as required, it was a flat out abrupt and rude NO". when i asked so for an explanation as to why

I am very disappointed because the vacuum a bought was terrible and I paid over $800 a little over a month ago.I tried to return the vacuum back after a week and explained that the cordless battery cannot even last just to vacuum a small car and all they did was give me an extra demo battery. I tried to explain that the suction is terrible if you do not used the boost I was told after one use to clean and vacuum the filter with what vacuum?I took it back to your store to complaint but they told me its working fine. I have moved into a new home and in order for the vacuum to work I have to clean the filter every used.I was told by the salesman very misleading information.The product requires maintenance and cleaning in every use which is frustrating. Your sales person told me all lies about its cleaning properties and battery life.

Bought a robot vac $1,500 and then was convinced to buy a stand up vacuum as well $2,400 (with attachments) Great Sales Skills! The Pre-sale service was fantastic though now that an internal part (sensor) has stopped working, just outside of warranty : (, Surprise Surprise, the service is very different! First they wanted to charge exorbitant prices to fix this mystery sensor, then when I questioned the warranty Saroj told me that they don’t do the warranty and that is the responsibility of the manufacturer who is in Germany. When requesting contact details for the manufacturer to discuss the warranty, the story changed to “call our customer service”I asked Saroj if he would be happy to have spent this sort of money at a business, only to have the machine break due to a faulty part and after dodging the question 4 times he finally said that “he can’t answer that question”Saroj mention his area manager and when I asked for his details he told me “he didn’t know his name”. After asking several more times he finally told me.These guys are great at taking your money and the products are initially good though be prepared to get hit with the after sales repair costs and the run around trying to get a resolution, other than giving them more money!

Great service, the staff are honest and knowledgeable. We absolutely love the Tineco! High recommend this store and the Tineco s5!!

THIS IS THE WORST STORE I'VE BEEN TO VERY RUDE AND THE BIGEST LIERS EVER THE OWNER LIES AND SCREAMS AT CUSTOMERS AND OVER CHARGERS YOU AND BLAMES IT ON THE CUSTOMER THIS STORE IS DISGUSTING. VERY DISAPPOINTING. ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE GODFREY CASULA.
