I paid $720 for to talk to Bill about my case . Then i paid $52 for the drafting of a letter and typing (which was what he talked about in the 80 mins i spent in the office). Then i paid $23 for scanning(skimming) of a letter to me . Then i complained about the fact I found out my ex's second wife worked for Bill. I found this to be a conflict of interest, saying that he should have disclosed this to me .i hired him to go over a deed of settlement with my ex . . i paid another $52 for his response to my complaint . Conveniently misspelling the ex's wive's name and denying she worked with him. This showed me Bill's lack of care since i supplied a number of documents with her name on them, including divorce papers . This last week i have asked for 2 days an emailed version of the advise letter i paid for after spending $874 for nothing more than a consultation and a hard copy letter about the consultation /his advice. Then his assistant purported to give further unsolicited advice about the release of the advice to any third party This is too hard for Bill or any of his staff to forward me this letter until next week This shows me the disrespect and the nature of Bill. We all know this is a 5 minute job. I would never recommend him to any one, particularly if they have to deal with relationship issues.Update today ( 4 days later still not email copy) i received a call from Bill himself saying he is to busy to send me a email copy of the advise i purchased of him but he could call me and tell me hes not happy about this review not the email i required urgently last week . ( it would have been less time to send a copy of the email than the calls i have received and made . Also he threatened me with a defaming case for writing this honest review. I cant express how important it is to look at who you employ for legal advise. To send a email copy of a letter he sent me hard copy is not that hard to do. But Bill said he will not do it .It isn't the stone age. This is the kind of service and respect you receive when you hire Bill Karras.Update 11 months later still not email copy of the letter of the advise by email what i paid $874. Bill I paid you $874 for the advise please supply me with the letter by email . i am not asking for much . Since that all i got for that money . It is now 2017 email is just the norm..This is not really fair treatment for a client who paid you all that money really is it.

What can I say except thank you? While the situation was inherently difficult, the process was handled professionally, expeditiously, and cleanly. Michelle did a fantastic job in managing and obtaining my divorce in the face of complications" that generally are not a factor.Hopefully I will never need her services again but if someone who is reading this recommendation does

I dealt with Simon for my family matter which was only to divide our family residence and we had no children. The matter took over 3 years and over $ 40,000.00. From the start I told Simon the matter should be taken to court as my ex was not prepared to negotiate. Simon just continued writing letters for 2 years which is the time you can apply to go to court when in a defacto relationship, in the meantime writing numerous wasteful letters and the fees just clocking up. When we finally did go to court it took a further 12 months to divide the proceeds from the sale and Simon had difficulties with the court order saying it was ambiguous. Many times I thought he was representing my ex partner as he said on several occasions she needed more as I had a job. It was a lengthy stressful expensive experience and I never felt he was acting in my interest.
