Upon delivery of this fridge (Hisense HR6FDFF701SW) I found numerous scratches and dents both on the outside and inside, which was replaced promptly by the retailer. However about 5 months into having the fridge problems started occurring. The light on the middle draw flickers constantly, so you are unable to tell which temperature it is set at. The area underneath the crispers constantly fills up with water, at some points it nearly leaks out onto the floor. Then the largest and most disappointing problem is the 4 fridge loads of groceries I have lost, because the fridge is sitting at between 5.8 and 8 degrees when it was set at 2 degrees. After calling Hisense I was told that they don't compensate based on the amount, rather the size of the fridge. So they would only compensate $250, instead of the actual $550 worth that has been lost. They offered no solution, no help and had no idea. I don't recommend this product, as it will only bring trouble.

Purchased a Hisense 65M7000uwg which developed a nasty black line running through the panel after only 4 weeks of use.After spending another week with customer service, they decide to not provide a replacement and give me store credit. Which in itself was an uphill battle, as sending an email to confirm with JB Hi Fi seemed a challenge.Now several weeks on and I still don't have a replacement TV. JB were even surprised Hisense didn't replace the panel.After buying many Hisense products over the years, I will no longer be supporting the brand.

Quite possibly the worst TV I've ever owned. Remote control power button stopped working in the first month, I googled and found that a bunch of other people also reported the power button faulting. The TV I bought has no possible wall mount. The keyboard layout for any of the smart features is terrible, and the Youtube app stopped working within months of me buying it, Hisense told me that Youtube had revoked their access to the app and sorry

Horrible company. After 3 months our brand new $2,000 BLACK fridge started making strange noises and stopped cooling. Hisense came out to our house and deemed it faulty. They would swap it for a new one - which we were happy with.They then called us and said they could ONLY offer us the same fridge in WHITE as if it was no big deal. We rejected this offer and asked for a refund. They refused a refund which we thought was insane. After digging out some simple ACCC jargon they quickly offered us the same fridge in SILVER as a last stitch effort. Again we could not believe they did not think the colour was relevant. After threatening legal action we got a refund.Turns out the same fridge in BLACK had increased in price by an entire $1,200 so this is obviously why they would not offer us the same fridge in BLACK. Absolutely disgusting. Cannot believe a large company that we trusted could be so ridiculous. We took the refund we had to fight for and bought a Samsung instead.

Do not buy Hisense Tv. Last December I bought 65 Oled Hisense Smart tv from the Good Guys. There was an issue of Youtube and Netflix apps from day one which I didn’t really care in the beginning then it started annoying later. Long story short, the Youtube app was not responding well when you try to watch a live broadcast where as in The other tv in our media room there wasn’t any issue at all. The Youtube live broadcast was always buffering after 10 minutes everytime and you had to restart it again. It wasn’t my internet as I checked all other devices with Youtube was working fine. After couple of weeks time I tried to push Hisense to send over a technician to attend, they finally attended and found nothing wrong neither in my internet nor the television. After all the discussions we had, as they have been saying they came up with “ it’s the third party issue, warranty does not cover this, check with your internet provider or check with the Youtube app provider “ . It is clear that I didn’t have any internet issues at all, also Youtube in all other devices are working fine in our house. It is common sense the app in their tv is not working and they don’t care about this. I took an advice from ACCC, and in their sale ads in an any retailer, they call this as “Smart tv” and mention that youtube and Netflix is compatible with their Tv, it must do what is meant to do. They cannot simply say “Youtube is a third party issue” even though there are buttons of “Youtube “ and “Netflix “ are available on the remote control which the apps are meant to be working fine. The only thing I was glad that the Good Guys took care of this as a retailer where I bought this tv and gave me a credit back then I bought another brand of tv and All are working fine. Please stay away from Hisense, lack of service and not good quality.
