I am writing this review to make the tenants aware that Ritz Property Management is a Fraudulent Real Estate. We rented a property with them for more than 1.5 years and didn't create any issues or delays in rent.We decided to move out and hired professional cleaners to clean the property. After the inspection they sent me a big list of issues, we did miss a couple of cleaning requirements and were ready to pay for it. But most of their issues were completely bizarre, after more than a week of negotiation they told us to ignore almost all the issues they raised. They said that we were liable to pay them $680 for the damages.They were uncooperative and didn't want to discuss it over the phone, I asked them an Invoice multiple times on why are you charging me that much, but they never sent us the invoice from the Handyman.I have rented with various real estate agencies but never have faced such unprofessional people in my life, the tone, and the fraudulent claims. Maybe this is part of their move-out strategy to acquire as much bond money from tenants as they can.I reached out to Consumer Affairs Victoria who suggested me to file my own Bond Claim.I did give them back the money I owed for some missed cleaning and also some extra for repairs even though we didn't do it. Which was less than half of what they asked for.I told them if they want to dispute you can do it via VCAT, but they didn't dispute. They accepted our bond claim, maybe they realized that VCAT would have rejected their claims.___________________________To the Tenants if you are in the same situation with this agent plz feel free to reach outThanks

We have just moved our rental property over to Ritz after our previous property manager was unable to lease the property for over 4 months (even though there was interest). Transfer was easy, we didn't have to do anything. The Ritz team were efficient, keeping us informed all the way. The property listed a day after keys received and a new tenant signed in just on a week (with a higher rent). AMAZING, EFFICIENT &, PROFESSIONAL. Would definitely recommend.

Shiuann and her Property Management team at Ritz were fantastic to deal with from the first moment we came across with our Rental Property over 3 years ago! Such a wonderful change from other property managers we used in the past. The team were always on top of any issues and kept us fully informed and updated. The sale of our investment unit has now meant that our time with Ritz is over but I will be more than happy to refer any family and friends to Ritz Property Management in the future.
