Do never rent from 2ndlease! Worst service ever! I’m trying to contact 2ndlease to return the fridge that I had rent for 2 months because I’m just here in Brisbane to study purposes, I filled up the return form on the 2ndlease website and also I’ve been trying to contact the customer service without success, it is the worst service that I have! The only person that answered me wants to over charge me, I have payed for the two months more than was in the reference contract, but now I’ll not accept to pay more one month again, I just want return the fridge!I had request to return on 24th December because I’ll move to other city to keep my studies, and I didn’t receive any confirmation that someone is going to pick up the fridge in the date that I requested in the 2ndlease website otherwise the Beverley answered that someone can pickup the fridge this Saturday which is not the date I requested and wants to over charge me for the second month renting that I payed $113 in November and also &113 in December and now you want me pay for more $93.08?I hope someone could just make everything right and legal, or I’ll dispute in bank my money return!I don’t like to complain but I really would like that 2ndlease was a good company!I really regret to had renting this fridge!After 2 months that I returned the fridge they keeping me charge $102, I went in a bank dispute! Totally scam company, they treat me like nothing, I just rent because I came to Australia as a student, I moved from Brisbane to keep study and I returned the fridge before the contract finished and it was everything paid in advance!! This company is not honest at all!

I am currently renting a fridge from these guys. Incredibly helpful, great price, and fridge was immaculate. The team was flexible in delivery and selection which was really appreciated. It's also a great idea—too many fridges sit unused under houses, and lots of people need fridges for just holiday periods or other times! Highly recommend.

Im putting one star after reading the terms and conditions for both the customer and supplier.In both cases the terms and conditions amount to nothing more than fancy legal speak for, if anything Goes wrong on either end

Very poor customer service. Slow in responding and impossible to contact on the phone. Currently they are making it impossible for me to return the items I've rented, essentially forcing me to keep renting. Would not recommend. Do not deal with this company.

My partner and I recently moved back from the UK. Basically we were starting from scratch regarding furniture we needed to set-up our home, but didn’t quite have the funds to buy everything straight away. We knew about 2nd Lease and so looked into how it could help us comfortably transition back into a comfortable Brisbane life, quickly. After comparing models, we opted to rent a clothes washing machine that had good reviews. The website and sign-up process was really easy to use and the support has been great. We were able to have the washing machine delivered within a couple of days and for no hassle. We’ve been using 2nd Lease now for over three months and would definitely recommend it.

I have been trying to return a fridge and washing machine for over a month now. I repeatedly tried to get them to pick up the items and when that failed I then repeatedly asked for the address of their warehouse so that I could return them myself. However they refuse to tell me the address of their warehouse. They tried to continue charging me after I cancelled my account as well. This is a scam company and I am done. Do not lease from them. You will regret it.

Excellent service, needed a fridge asap and they were very helpful in getting it to me the very next day with the express delivery option. It works perfectly and is in great condition. Would recommend this company!

The experience from beginning to end has been brilliant. Communication great both with 2nd Lease and direct with the supplier. Product was perfect and mostly brand new, and as advertised. I used the furniture for staging a house for sale and was perfect for the application. Easy process and great people to deal with. Can't recommend highly enough. Sam especially has been fantastic to deal with. Thanks Sam.
