Mecca Maxima Coomera

I really love Mecca it’s my favourite place at the shops but I find it so rude when workers constantly follow me around the store. I understand theft exists but it’s wrong to assume because I’m in a school uniform I’m going to steal. This is the furthest from the truth, it makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong when really I’m just minding my business testing products. The workers think we can’t tell but trust me when I say WE CAN TELL. Honestly do better and handle the issue when you actually witness someone stealing instead of following an innocent person around the store because of how they look.

I was in last weekend to have my make up done and the quality of the products and the artists work definitely exceeded my expectations. Despite booking last minute there were no delays, the skin care felt amazing, the quality of the make up was so good and it stayed on from lunch until midnight. She was able to replicate my inspiration photos perfectly and even went a little extra on the glam which was just perfect for the look I wanted. She was very knowledgeable on make up and skin care but also helped me get the most out of my money when choosing products. I will definitely be back whenever I need my make up done in Brisbane or surrounds. I'm very forgetful but I think her name may have been Emma, that was the name on the brushes. But the other staff doing make up while I was there, all their clients make up looked just as stunning. Cannot wait to rebook! Thanks again Mecca Coomera

Been in there a couple of times now and the level of customer service is terrible to say the least. The employees seem more invested in having conversations with their other Team members than actually wanting to assist.I purposely didn’t buy what I went in there for just cause the service was unacceptable. I will order online instead.

After many years not wearing makeup and not feeling confident my daughter and I visited the Coomera store. I was assisted by a wonderful young lady. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she has light blonde hair and petite figure. I was after a foundation which would give me a natural look as well as a mascara. This consultant made me feel that no question that I asked was silly and made the experience a pleasure. I will definitely be visiting the store in future and recommending the store to family and friends.

Lovely tidy store. Went in to ask some questions about skincare, I was assisted by Lachlan who was very helpful and kind and listened to my skin issues and gave recommendations for products to try. Also gave me some samples which was lovely.

Went into the store yesterday not happy with my current foundation. Was assisted by Denae and after asking questions about my skin and what I want to achieve. So happy with the recommendation and so many comments about my skin last night. This was a brand I would not have tried. Love it and thank you very much for Denae's skill and professionalism. Lovely respectful manner too.

I came into this store today looking for a new foundation. I was assisted by the lovely Danae. She listened to what I was trying to achieve. She then showed me new products to achieve my look. She went above and beyond and gave me some testers to take home. What a beautiful thing to do and very much appreciated. Danae you are an asset to Mecca!!Thankyou for all your help. I look forward to seeing you again for my purchases.

I have been going to Mecca for years. I use the Dr Dennis Gross range of products and also have had the LED mask which I got at Mecca Maxima in Brisbane in 2019. Today I was assisted by Aanchal. This is the first time ever (in any Mecca store) I have been fully assisted and explained how to use what with what and when. This beautiful young lady really knew her stuff and made the effort to write it all down for me. What a superstar!!!!

I've had my makeup done several times at this particular store. And on two occasions had the most brilliant experience with one of the makeup artists Deana. She was extremely friendly, down to earth, professional, particular and really listened to what you wanted, while at the same time giving great advice for your personal skin tone etc. I honestly couldn't recommend her enough. She was brilliant. And customer service overall here was always been great ☺️
