Was excited and ready to sign on 2 of my companies, seemed like a great little accounting firm. Arrived for my 3pm meeting, was greeted and told to wait in the room, she would be a moment. I said no worries, I understand.What I don't understand however, is the audacity to have a client waiting in a room for you for over 15 minutes while you have a conversation with a colleague.. Very disappointed as I've been looking forward to this meeting all week as its been much needed for my companies moving into 2023.

I don't write many reviews, but I definitely wanted to write this one...Jess made our tax so easy this year. She's super practical, down-to-earth, and ridiculously good value. Working with Jess isn't the usual accounting experience. You won't get overloaded with paperwork or information, and she'll pop out and do everything from your home or office (even after hours, and even with my two small, noisy kids hanging around). I'd definitely recommend her :-)
