Have always felt comfortable going into a Powerhouse store/s however today was a whole new level with the big fella Chris hopping from customer to customer but still giving me just as much time explaining different creatine products on display. Even down to ones that dont come with a spoon in the tub. Its the smalls things that can sometimes mean the most to a customer. So thank you chris and powerhouse team!

Powerhouse supplements isn't just a store, it's a family. They hand select the supplement brands that they know work and at the cheapest prices anywhere, if it's not the cheapest most of the time they will happily beat it! The birthday events they hold are also awesome and they are one of the only stores in Sydney to hold events like theses.REAL PRODUCTS FOR REAL PEOPLE!

After going to 3 different supplement stores wasting my time, I thought I'd try powerhouse. Low and behold they had plenty of stock. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Natalie was super helpful, plenty of knowledge and even chucked in some samples which is always appreciated. Definitely will be supporting these guys in the future with all my supplement needs.

DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THEM! I put an order in a month ago for 250 dollars including 3 items, they shipped 1 item a fee days later and nothing since, I unticked promotions when i ordered and have still received 19 promotional emails in 30 days, but when i email them regarding not receiving all my items they just say your items wont be long, no tracking number, no reason ie out of stock or anything. Do not purchase online!

This company is a big fraud and absolutely dodgy. I ordered from their website on the 18th of May 2023 and 2 full weeks later, am yet to receive my goods. They constantly shift the blame to the courier and provide zero resolution. Multiple back and forth emails for an order that just needs to be shipped from Sydney to Brisbane! I've ordered supplements from dozens of online shops and this is THE WORST experience I've had. Avoid these clowns!Are they going broke, does anyone know?
