Booked my car in for a few issues and they addressed and fixed them all same day, their customer service is amazing. I don’t usually bother to write reviews but the whole experience was friendly and easygoing, they really helped me out :)

From when I walked in David in the office was fantastic to deal with then he gave the ute to Paul in the work shop after been to so many other places and wasted money trying to fix between paul and David they solved the problem cant praise these guy enough thanks boys service and price fantastic

Used these guys a few times now for GVM upgrades and I am happy to report that they do an awesome job. Rod is a nice bloke and very easy to work with. He always takes time to explain everything whenever you have a question whether it is over the phone or in person. He will go the extra mile and organise everything for you so that you have minimum downtime.

Nice and polite. I asked them to identify a loud sound and quote for the repair. They charged $28 to look at the car, insisting on doing a full suspension check when I only wanted to know about the noise. They found alot of things wrong with the car, I knew about most of them, but they did not find the noise. I had to ask again about the noise. They eventually found it, not with their $28 inspection though.

I booked in a wheel realignment with them based on the recommendation of my mechanic. I didn't know where the nearest train station was I asked one of the staff for direction and he offered to give me a lift. I returned about 3 hours later not only did they complete the wheel realignment on time but as a complementary service they fixed up why my engine light was flashing. The professionalism and customer service is THE BEST I have ever experienced. I would recommend them to anyone who wants top quality and professional service.

Good boys know their stuff

Being a motorcycle mechanic by trade I went in knowing most if not all of the faults with my vehicle but used there $28 Inspection as a way to get another opinion on the issues and a proper car qualified tech to have a look over for further issues.I also wanted to see how there customer service was having never been to a Pedders before.For the sake of $28 this is an awesome service that I cannot recommend enough.They found all the known faults with the vehicle and gave a very well written and well explained recommendation on the issues that required attention and estimated pricing the fix these issues.The customer service was excellent with me being greeted by name on arrival, a well kept customer waiting area and being a stickler for smells that entire building smelt sweet, fresh and clean.I do wish that they found the previously snapped and poorly welded back together rear diff mount, the diff mounts were mentioned on the estimate but nothing regarding it being previously repaired poorly or that it required attention. This is a very minor issue as it can very easily been missed and is unlikely to fail in the next 10,000km (there claim) under normal power levels which the vehicle is not.Over all this was an excellent experience an for $28 I can highly recommend this service and there customer service was outstanding.
