Thai Lanna Day Spa & Massage
Whenever I am in parramatta for work; this is the massage place I come too. I’ve tried a few others and find that Thai Lanna provide great customer service and a terrific massage!! I’ve had a number of their services offered, love their Thai massage but now needing pregnancy massage. They always manage to find the knots - thanks ladies!I’ve not had any problems explaining trouble spots, always experienced clean rooms and towels, and paid with card or cash without any problems.I look forward to seeing the lovely staff at Thai lanna next time I’m in parramatta!

Best massage place in Sydney!I have been here multiple times ( mornrthan 10 years)and not single one of them fails to satisfy my massage.Worth of money to reward myself.Always pay cash to get discount...why not!Alll staffs are very experienced. They know how to get rid off my sore and stiffness.Deep tissue is highly recommended if you love extreme massage. No different to have massage in Thailand.Polite and clean staffs.Highly recommended to hee public !

Upon paying $49 (special price for cash payment) for a 1hr traditional Thai massage (without oils), was asked to take off shoes and wear slippers. I'm not sure why people are complaining about this and they just want to keep the floors clean. Led to room with sturdy massage bed. Room quite nice looking. Nice calming music playing.Waited a few minutes before masseuse came back to the room presumably to give me time to get ready. Nowhere near as long as otter reviewers. Also, my masseuse didn't go off chatting.Massage was professional and involved cracking my spine, joints, etc. Felt good after so no complaints. She seemed to know what she was doing and seemed friendly enough. Offered hot tea afterwards which tasted lovely. Must be Thai tea.Only downside is the staff speak little to no English so would be difficult to communicate any special requirements / requests if you don't speak Thai, but i didn't have anything in particular. I would recommend based on my own experience.

Ive visited regularly here about over the last 6 months & see a lady named Nam. She is very skilled, energetic & powerful (just the way I like it) despite her thin frame. Knows exactly the trigger points that need working on. I've had regular massages for several years, have tried many shops locally & also in Thailand. I consider myself very fussy about the quality of the massage - if its not effective I don't return. If they're spot I keep coming back. This is my current go-to place ..

This place is rubbish.Every time I go there they stuff me around.They push for cash always - you need to pay tax in Australia!They also try and talk you into an oil massage because it costs more. You go to get a massage to relax and they stress you out with their bad English sales pitches.You will also get charged more if you don't want a soft" massage.Work that one out!You will get charged more if you don't pay cash.You should close down and move out of the area.Hopeless!"

Worst massage experience ever..!First of all rude staff talking in thai when I was asking about the price making me feel very uncomfortable, secondly they give you these grubby slippers to put on your feet- yuk, no consistency in the massage AT ALL. I asked for a med to firm massage it felt like a child was massaging me, the girl left me waiting on the massage table for a good 15 min God knows what she was doing, constantly talking to each other during my massage, when trying to ask her questions regarding the massage and she could not speak a work of English, then finally to make my experience extra bad she asked me if I wanted tea, I accepted amd it was given to me cold which I then declined. This is the first review I've ever written but with how bad my massage was, I feel it's only right to warm other people spending money there. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Was in the area with some time to kill so decided to pop in for a Thai massage. Was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, professionalism and quality of massage was top notch, clean and reasonably priced. Would recommend this venue.

Excellent service. 30 minutes deep tissue oil massage, worth paying $50.Chemmi did a great job.She knows all pain points. Massage with hot stone did magic too. Will recommend others.

This place is great! Good vibes and relaxing atmosphere, the masseuses have great technique - Ann, in particular is a rockstar of this world! Availability is generally not a concern and yes they accept Bupa! No complaints at all

I asked for a Traditional Thai massage 1 hourThere should be an space on TripAdvisor for honest reviews on day spas and massage places DON'T GO TO THIS THAI PLACE in Parramatta, Sydney !!!This place misled me and tricked me into paying $80 for a very poor massage. I asked for a Traditional Thai massage . She said would you like oil I no really but if you do it with oil that's ok She said oil is better Traditional Thai is not very relaxing I said I'm used to Thai massage and my local Thai does use oil as part of their Traditional Thai massage When it was time to pay she said it was $80 with oil because it was Swedish massage with oil! The massage I received was NOT Swedish massage I know I should have been more assertive and refused to pay it but I'm too nice a little mouse! The lady left the room 5 times during a 1hour massage. Three times to answer phone and attent to other people , twice to get get hot towels to slowly wipe off the oil I apparently payed the extra $20 for . Wont ever go back and cant recommend.
